This crew arrived early, worked diligently, and professionally installing my Rainbird irrigation system. I had a very pleasant series of communications and interactions with the office staff, workers (James, Mr. Vega), and Rick, the supervisor who gave me great assistance and instruction. There were no surprises except pleasant ones. Upon completion, the work site was cleaned and cleared. Where their equipment had rolled over in my neighbor's lawn, workers went out with rakes and groomed the grass. They even blew off my back covered porch despite not soiling or disturbing that area. Very impressive work done today by Nashville Irrigation and Lighting's team. Five solid stars!

We needed new service run to a shed and some upgrades to existing exterior service. Spence and Price came out the same day we requested a quote. Their pricing was more competitive than others we received and we really felt comfortable with them when we met. Their crew, led by Jimmy, was AWESOME! They were kind, quick, and treated our home like their own. They even hit an underground water line that wasn't marked. They probably should've been aggravated about this setback because it wasn't their fault. But they stayed positive, repaired the line, and continued the job. If we ever need electrical work in the future, C&C will be the first company we call. Christopher, from Kedron Electric, was fantastic, and maintained that quality even for such a big job. He worked on a 3,600 SQF house in Franklin, TN that we just bought, as well as our 3-car garage.
He changed all the electrical switches and outlets for the whole property, installed dimmers throughout the house, installed new under-the-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, and installed 3 new light pendants above the kitchen island. He then installed an IN floor receptacle for our home theater room and recessed lights in 3 of the hallways. He helped us change the doorbell and took care of a couple of small electrical problems we had in the house.
Christopher and his team were very fair in pricing, reliable, punctual, neat, fast, knowledgeable, always willing to help with anything we asked for, and were always very friendly. Christopher and his team are great.
Thank you for all you did for us. You will be our go-to electrician for any future electrical work we may need in the future.

I just bought my first home and reached out to MCH to provide a quote on replacing a water heater. They sent two guys who were awesome, prompt and courteous. I liked them so much, I wanted to expand my quote to include some plumbing and electrical work. This is when things took a turn for the worse. I needed a quote to give to my title company so they could cut a check for closing.
I called MCH EVERY DAY for almost two weeks. I spoke to the front office, I spoke to one of the owners. I sent them an inspection report so they didn't even need to go to the house site. I NEVER got a quote. I ended up going with GNC plumbing who quoted me TWICE as much as the original MCH quote but immediately got back to me and got the work done in a quick and timely fashion.
I would not recommend this company, despite the fact that some of their employees are great. They had an opportunity to make a really nice amount of money off my closing costs/title company and missed out due to sheer unprofessionalism. They made getting work done on my new home extremely stressful.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE KNOWLEDGE!!!!
I was referred to Helton's from my home warranty company for repair of my mini split A/C unit. The first appointment, the technician was supposed to arrive between 8am and 11am. I made it clear to the scheduler that I had an appointment that could not be rescheduled at noon. The technician finally arrived at my home at 11:30am after several phone calls. He had zero knowledge of mini split systems and was not shy about admitting that (why would they send this tech in the first place?). He gave it a brief look over (seriously just a look. no touching or taking things apart) and said it seemed to be working fine. I asked several questions regarding the general operating system of this unit, all of which he was unable to answer. He then asked for a check.
Three days later, the compressor froze and spewed ice all over my room. My home warranty company again referred me to Helton's. I spoke with the scheduler and set up an appointment for the following day between 8am and noon. At 12:00, when I still hadn't heard from a tech, I called. I was told that they tried calling my home warranty company to let them know that they don't have any technicians with knowledge of mini split systems, but were on hold for too long so gave up. NO ONE FROM HELTON'S BOTHERED TO CALL ME (the customer) and inform me that my appointment had been cancelled and they would not be sending anyone out. RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLE'S TIME.

Mister Sparky's website boasts that they maintain the highest degree of customer service to encourage repeat business and enduring relationships with our customers. Unfortunately in my experience with this company, nothing could be further from the truth.
After hiring Mister Sparky Electric several times before and signing up for their Power Club membership, I was generally pleased with their work (although it can be on the expensive side). However, I recently scheduled an appointment for an electrical inspection on a new home I am buying and two hours before the inspection I was informed that an electrician would not be coming to inspect my home. When I inquired further as to why my appointment was canceled I was transferred to speak with the company's owner. The owner was extremely rude and constantly interrupted me to the point where I couldn't finish a sentence. After several minutes of sarcastic and dismissive responses to my questions, the owner told me that she was hanging up because there was no point talking to me any longer.
Because of the short notice of this cancellation, I am now unable to hire a replacement electrician to perform an inspection within the inspection period of my contract. Needless to say I will not be hiring Mister Sparky in the future.
