Best Leak Detection in Austin TX

Hired for walk in shower install. Seemed like a pretty good job on the shower install but then completely botched shower door install and I had to pay to have a more skilled contractor completely reinstall the door with all new parts except glass doors. Now I have extra drill holes in the tile from the incorrect install and wrench marks all over the new black shower head. And there is water leaking from the shower head arm where it goes into the tile so now I have to hire a plumber to correct that.

These guys are awesome.  Had one of my units out.  Jeff promptly responded, made a temporary repair, and diagnosed a leaking coil. I got 2 other estimates and Efficient was reasonable and they made an effective repair.  
This by itself would not earn five stars.  Saturday evening on Labor Day weekend the other AC is out and it's 100 degrees!   I call their number and Tony promptly responds. He explains emergency service is $15 more per hour. Ok, that's pretty reasonable. He is at my house 30 min later, replaces bad capacitor and I'm up and running literally 90 min after I called.  Labor Day weekend. Extra $15.  Five Stars.

Estimator really cares about the service he provides to ensure he does the best job. And that he sure did for us! He answered every question and took care of every concern we had with foreman along the way. When I was able to see worker he always listened and you will see he takes lots of pride in doing the job to make the customer satisfied. The moment the phone call was answered I could tell that 1st Home & Commercial Services was a professionally run business. They told me who to expect for my service technician and sent me a photo of him and I was able to track his route to my home with GPS! Chris came to my home in a timely fashion and diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable quote. I agreed and he and his assistant were done within an hour. The technicians even wore booties to keep my floors dry from all this rain! What a relief it is to find a company that actually does what it is in business to do. This was the first time I used SALT, and I was extremely pleased.  I selected them because of great reviews from others in my Home Owners group and I was not disappointed.  They were prompt, wearing masks, and installed 2 outdoor light fixtures and replaces several outlets that needed it.  Thanks to Matt and Scott - I will definitely call them again.
