Best Toilet Installation in Austin TX
He saw me struggling to reach the tree limbs in my yard and offered his help after servicing my neighbor. I found out that he had helped me during his lunch break! He went above and beyond the call of duty!

Hired Lewis through a referral from Home Depot to assemble a patio dining set. He is a real craftsman, professional, courteous, really skilled at his work. Did a superb job in a little over an hour, would have taken me several. Meticulously cleaned up and placed the chairs for me after assembly.

These guys get my business every single time. From great estimates from Darwin, to helpful and prompt phone support person Michelle, to excellent service manager Dustin, this is a professional bunch that gets the job done on time, on budget and with a great warranty.
Overall, they have done 2 Mini split installs for me, electrical work and have us under maint contract just for the convenience. While they do a lot of large commercial work, they treat residential customers with respect while providing some of the best pricing thanks to economies of scale.

Danny was the right handyman for my job! After my dishwasher died I was desperate to replace it. I needed a problem solver who could figure out how to take the old dishwasher out (that had been tiled up to) while saving my granite countertops. Danny cut the tile in front of my dishwasher to get the dead dishwasher out and install the new one. While doing the install he found a rat's nest in the open lath. EEK! At my request, he was happy to clean it out and wall up the whole underneath of my kitchen sink to prevent it from happening again. He is very solution oriented and doesn't give up easily. If you need someone who's up for a challenge, Danny is your guy!

Awesome service! Chris got there right on time and got directly to work. We chatted while he worked and I learned a ton of interesting facts about what goes down my drain.
(Did you know that if toothpaste and mouthwash combine in your sink, they will congeal in your pipes and lead to slow draining!)
Chris even fixed things that had been broken for years, not because he had to but because he wanted to leave everything better than he found it - and after a quick wipe down, form signing, and a handshake, he did just that.
Thank you, Chris, for your exceptional service!

Techs arrived a few hours after contacting SALT. Diagnosed and fixed a difficult cascade of failures with our heat pump that same day. The team of two included an electrician so we went ahead and had a whole home surge protector installed while they were here. Something we had been putting off. They were very open to discussing the issues encountered, options, alternatives, and pricing. We've used them multiple times, and have been pleased with each team sent out.

The technician came earlier than the appt time which was good. My call was for a seasonal tune-up. I have 2 systems therefore my rate was $59.00 each.
Technician was courteous and wore a mask.
My only real concern was how expensive this company appeared in its pricing. I expected to have freon placed in both the units, but placing freon (of any amount) is not part of the tune up service; therefore it is a separate charge from the tuneup fee. $90 a pound is what is charged. The total amount is confirmed as they actually get on the system and start pumping freon. My bigger unit needed 4lbs, my smaller unit looked ok so went with only filling the large unit because this is getting expensive. Allegedly my coils cant be cleaned because the grates are glued shut? Never heard of that and will most likely play with this myself this weekend. They blew out my lines but could not guarantee that the flush was good because of the way the pipes are run. Guess they go in a T shape and they recommended to add valves? again never heard of this being an issue. They also recommended a flood protection system. By this time, I just wanted my tune-up and freon and for that I was already sitting at 400+ dollars before tax.
This company has been around for a while so I was hoping for a better first impression especially in the pricing. I own another house and have done this type of service numerous times, its not cheap, but these prices seemed a bit more expensive. I will shop around a bit more next time.
