Best Faucet Installation in Indianapolis IN
These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

As an out of state rental investor it is extremely hard to find handymen and contractors who provide honest, high quality, and reasonably priced services. After dealing with people who over charged for subpar work or even disappeared after getting an upfront payment, my only regret is not finding him sooner. Kit has performed several repair jobs at cheaper rates than what I have gotten in the past. Also only wants to get paid after his job is complete.

The technician was very polite and thorough. He arrived in the timeline the company quoted. The work I had done was reasonably priced.

These guys are great. Christian was our service technician and did an awesome job. He was very polite, asked good questions, and did excellent work. We had a chandelier and ceiling fan installed and they look great and work perfectly. I definitely give them my highest recommendation.

Jason, the owner contacted me a few days ago to correct the issue. We agreed on a deal that we both felt was fair, and he asked me to give his company another chance, which I will. I have used Godby many times over the years and will hopefully continue to do so in the future.

We called this company out on Friday Jan. 31st to repair a broken furnace. Their resolve was to replace a motor or replace the furnace due to its age. We paid for the motor and was told this should resolve the problem until we can replace the furnace. The furnace went out again Feb 6th. Because they had fixed a problem last year for the furnace, I chose to get a second opinion. I was told in that review the actual problem was a leaking pipe that had leaked into the parts and that another part was also affected which Efficient System did not mention AT ALL. It was very apparent that this was the issue. There was rust everywhere. We trusted the Efficient System rep when he told us that the furnace was just old in fact his quote included the following note with NO mention of rust, water leak or the other faulty part which you could see just looking at it:
DRAFT INDUCER REPLACEMENT: Replace inducer assembly do to failure other issues may still exist after repair but unable to test until inducer is repaired
Efficient Systems NEVER mentioned any leaks or rust or that more than one part was affected. I called them back and requested that they remove the part and refund our money for a fix that did not solve the problem and would force us to spend an insanely unnecessary amount for several separate repairs. Rob and his assistant refused to provide a refund and argued that they fixed a part. Yeah a part that was not needed. Don't call this company. I'm filing with BBB.

STAY AWAY. Like other 1-star reviews, I'd give them a NEGATIVE rating if I could and am reporting them to the BBB for their treatment of my 72-year old mother.
My mom needed a new water heater as hers was leaking. She called Mr. Quik and as she is on the SHAPE plan and they came out the next day to replace. Great.
They charged her a whopping $5600, including a 10-year warranty on the unit and charged her $5600 (a $259 "savings"). She wanted a tankless heater, but the quote on that was way beyond her means... she was coerced into believing the situation was dire and tragically went ahead with the replacement without getting a second opinion.
When my brother, sister and I learned what they charged her we were furious; from our own experience and research, the new heater should have cost $1-3k and the tankless water heater should have fallen well within that budget.
Still, because she is on the SHAPE plan (and without telling us) she called again to get an annual inspection on her furnace. Her experience mirrored some of the other 1-star reviews: bottom line, they told her she had mold and rust and needed to replace her furnace. They quoted her $15k!!!! When she told the "technician" that she knew she'd been overcharged for the water heater, they lowered the quote to $11k, and coerced her giving them a $5k check that they'd "hold" until she decided for sure. WTAF.
This time, though, she did get a second opinion from another company with a good reputation/good reports from family and friends. The technician was appalled at Mr. Quik's quote, found mold only on the insulation, not within the unit and said it needed NOTHING at the moment. He indicated that this is a rising trend: big companies hire sales reps as "technicians" with the mandate to sell new appliances using scare tactics and ultimatums.
From this experience and reading other similar experiences on Yelp, I am grossed out. Protect your loved ones from these creeps.
