These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Kossi Tomek has been in business locally for 6 years. He offers a wide variety of electrical services, 24 hours a day seven days a week.
We hired him to replace 9 light fixtures. We got several quotes and he was the only electrician to notice that the photocell on our lamp post was not working so he included the repair in the quote. His overall quote came in lower than the others as well. He was able to do the work the same week as the quote.
He showed up on time and worked efficiently. He is knowledgable and was receptive to changes that I made on the fly. He was a pleasure to work with. He also installed a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling for us. He assembled the chandelier. All installations went well. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely use him again.

Agree to disagree, I don't think you have an accurate view of the interaction. Honestly I wouldn't have even posted anything if you hadn't claimed that I "CAN'T" understand your business. I do understand that things come up, but I never even received an apology. All I received was a voicemail saying that you weren't coming. I myself work in a customer-facing tech industry, and our customers would never accept that another customer prevented them from receiving at least the common courtesy of an apology.

I made a Friday appointment 5 days in advance. Because they wanted an appointment during business hours, I had to move around some things in order to be home on Friday morning. I received a voicemail on Thursday (the day before my appointment) at 4:15pm saying that they wanted to reschedule. I missed the call by 1 minute, and immediately called back during their business hours and got a recording. I left a message saying that "no, I can't move the appointment", but they never responded or showed up on Friday.
When I called on Friday to ask about it, they claimed that "We don't expect you to move stuff around" for the appointment. I mentioned that I obviously needed to move things around in order to be there during the day on Friday, and he rudely responded "I'm sorry that you CAN'T understand the nature of our business".
Very frustrating, and I certainly won't be calling them again.

Messaged this business yesterday and got a call today and an appt was set for 3:30pm same day. At 3:45 I got a text stating "I'm about to be on my way. I had family come visit". I asked how soon he would be here and he responded, "I'm leaving here at 4pm so I believe it's 15mins to you".
It has been over an hour and no call, no show. Completely unprofessional. This is your business and shows that you do not care for it or the customer. You lost a potential customer and future customers.

He gave me a bid for new AC and air handler! When he came he cut gas line and just let it go in air! He then installed old equipment! Air handler is 10 years old, A/C is 6! I had different contractor tell me how of everything was! The day I told him not to come back he pulled permit 2 weeks after he started! Lines are two small! Electric is in wrong! Thermostat wired wrong! He bypassed my heat pump so it wouldn't even kick on! This is all supposed to be brand new equipment why is he bypassing!!! Awful experience! I want my money back and he can have his 10 year old equipment back! Everything has to be replaced! I am suing him!
