Yovani was the most professional and organized electrician that responded to my request for a quote. He did everything he said he would and left nothing for us to question. He arrived when he promised he would and clearly communicated with us along the way as the job progressed. He was respectful to our home and time. He gave us some tips as well on how to save some money on various inquiries that we really APPRECIATED! He completed the work he came for today in about two hours and we scheduled him to come back and install recessed lighting throughout our entire home next week. We have been doing major renovations to our home since closing escrow and he has over delivered on all of his promises thus far!

Had an issue with a leaking water valve behind our fridge. Needed someone to come out ASAP, and Geovanny was the only person to answer the phone out of all the places I called. Gave me a fair quote and came out and fixed the issue within an hour and a half. When he was here, I spoke to him about some other work needed on our townhouse. Really appreciate the responsiveness and reliability and quality of work. Highly recommend and would use again!

The crew that was at our home today was wonderful. They were extremely professional, quiet, courteous, honest & friendly. Also really great with both of our babies & dogs. They couldn't do the job as we had envisioned (due to ceiling structure, not their fault) but they offered an awesome workaround and completed the job same day at a very fair price. Robert was a referral and came highly recommended.  I was setting up work from another city for my parents house.  From the moment I text him, he was responsive and answered all questions and an appointment was set.  He showed up earlier than his appointment time which is great!  He stayed in constant communication throughout the process.  Even though there was an issue with the device connecting to the smart phone which he had no control over, he came back the next day to follow up and follow through.  It's rare to find someone of Robert's caliber that can be trusted with not only quality of work but to do it with integrity!  Thank you Robert, will for sure be recommending you to other family and friends!

We have used them to install and repair sconces inside and outside as well as install a large entry lantern.  The entry lantern was damaged upon arrival, but the damage (a crooked down rod) was not visible until it had already been installed.  They came back to address the issue, and then helped us obtain and install a replacement light.  Kathy, in the office, was so helpful, truly went above and beyond in the name of customer service and the technicians we've had are good too.  We will definitely continue to use and recommend Mr. Electric.
