Best Quartz Countertop Installation in Phoenix AZ
Filled out online estimate form - never got a response. Should have taken the hint - but I called to follow up and spoke to Joe who was apologetic, seemed professional and scheduled my tile job for a week later. The day before the job - had not heard anything - so called to confirm when crew was showing up only to be told ....maybe...maybe not. Something about a truck breaking down. I was told they would get back to me by noon to let me know if they would be able to do it OR if they turn the job down. WHAT...I waited a week - the time to turn the job down would have been when I first called. Can't comment on quality - but if you like not being called back and wasting a week......then take your chances.

Two ladies came out to look at the kitchen. I followed up with them with text several times but never got an estimate. Not sure why. If they don't want the business, at least have a courtesy to send a note, instead of completely ignoring to even reply. Will not recommend.

We had an uneven concrete slab, stubborn thinset that refused to come up and a kitchen floor that needed to be tiled before family came into town for Thanksgiving. I found Optimum Solutions ad on Craigslist and called Joe at 10am. By noon he had one of his crew at our house to even our floors.
They were back the next day at 8am sharp to start work. By 4pm the job was done and grout was laid the next morning. Joe personified professionalism and expedient service at a supremely competitive price! My wife and I are extremely happy with the work and so is my wallet.
If you need a quality job done by one of the rare contractors that take just as much pride in their customer service as they do in their work than Optimum Solutions should be your first and last call.
Thank you Joe and Eric (installer). We will be back very soon for our bathrooms!

The work performed to transform my kitchen took longer than three days, but it was worth it.
I had several cabinets built and installed, this was done flawlessly.
Finally, I trusted them and it paid off. I was rewarded by a kitchen that is, attractive, well constructed and shepherded for the long term by 3 Day Kitchens.

We had hired XLT (Leonel) for a kitchen remodel and were very dissatisfied with Leonel as we saw him to sign the contract and never saw him again until he wanted the rest of his money. He is the guy that gets the job and then subs the work out to other contractors. There was no oversight or coordination of work at all by XLT. When I needed his electrician to come back, I was told to call him directly, when we needed tile put in, I was told to contact the GC he subbed the job to. I thought I hired XLT to be the general contractor! When I expressed my concerns with this arrangement, he said he's too busy and couldn't possibly visit jobs and follow up on them. In his defense he will answer his phone.
Another disappointment is when the cabinet company failed to supply drawings on how the soffit above the refrigerator needed to be constructed, they wanted to hire XLT to rework the soffit at their expense but Leonel refused to do the work so they had to hire another company, again a lack of coordination of trades could have prevented this in my mind.
Good luck to all readers on your choice of contractors, hope this review helps save you from a lot of headaches.

I would NEVER use Diamond Granite and Remodeling ever again. After laying our granite countertop we were told to apply a specific sealer every 6 months which we did religiously. After 2 years, we noticed significant darkening in the areas most often touched. We called. They dispatched a rep., who told us we should have been using the super sealer becuase the stone was porous. Told us to purchase a sand mixture and apply to small areas to see if it pulled out dirt. Took pictures and was to get back with us about the bigger dirt stain. NEVER DID. We called, got answering machine. NEVER called back.
Hired a company to deep clean the granite for $500. Didn't help a bit.
We decided to replace ($3,000 stone) and move to Quartz. Called them back and asked for a bid and an adjustment based on their advice and lack of follow-through. NOPE. And, gave us a bid for $5,500.
NO WAY DIAMOND GRANITE! Not going to pay you when you lack the service, follow-through and provide the wrong sealer product. Not a Fabrication/Installation error. Really, that is the way you handle customers who you want to spend $8,000?
09/16/2020 UPDATE - The response from Diamond Granite fails to address their technician who came to the house to first investigate the dark staining and who said we should have used the super sealer and then took pictures to share with management on a possible solution, but then never got back to us - even after we called to follow-up.
No one said the sealer was sub-standard. I'm sure the sealer was a good brand, obviously we bought it and applied based on the instructions of the installer. But, I guess we should have used Bulletproof, a brand mentioned by the mysterious disappearing technician who reviewed our claim. We're not granite experts and can only follow the instructions we are given...$3,000 later unfortunately and the solution is to spend another $5,500 from the same company - NOT!
09/30/2020 - UPDATE UPDATE - Don't use Diamond Granite. Use a fabricator like GARCIA STONE. Diamond Granite is like a General Contractor and they sub all the work out to a fabricator, then to an installer, all the while increasing the cost you pay.
We decided on a Fabricator and saved $2500 off the Diamond Granite quote.

From the moment I received a response till after our job was completed we were very happy with White Builder. We needed our kitchen island to no longer include overhang. We needed it to be about a foot less than it was when house was built.
Not only did White Builder take care of this is short period of time they also found exact match of granite. They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up. Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. We are so glad we chose White Builder and will reach out if we have other work.

Great service and pricing. Petrus stepped up when another company ghosted contacts. Called in the AM, Fabio came out that afternoon, and counter tops installed three weeks later as stated. They worked with tile supplier to make the best of situation. Very satisfied customer.

Last week we had Tintas install quartzite kitchen counters and backsplash. They did a great job. From initial contact with their office staff to installation of the quartzite they were all highly professional. The plumber they provided was one of the best I have run across.
The attention to detail could not be better.
This is the second time I have used Tintas and I will use them again for a bathroom remodel in the future.

Worked with XLT Construction to have a job completed where the previous contractor bailed - these guys came in and completed the work in 3 days and did a terrific job! Would highly recommend. They installed french doors for our den - a door on the master bath, added walls to a removed fireplace and removed a door opening.

Petrus was recommended to me by my brother who used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, and are now having our bathrooms done. Fabio is great to work with and recommended some details I would not have thought of myself. He will give his honest opinion but is not pushy at all. I told him from the beginning that I am a perfectionist and will notice anything not done right...and I found out he is too! He was often on site while the work was being done and inspected everything personally. Jennifer in the office was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Had Alex Bores come to the house and take measurement for a built-in bar. He said he would send out a quote. It has been 5 weeks and still no quote. I even emailed him as a friendly reminder but still have not received anything.

Used them for our bathroom remodels. Very pleasant to work with. Always remained in communication with us and took time to answer our questions thoroughly.

Went in for an estimate and was cheerfully met by a courteous receptionist, Ann I believe. The estimate was extremely reasonable and there selection was abundant. Truly the best selection I have seen. The sales people took there time were very knowledgeable. Jadon was a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend this place based on there outstanding customer service and the amount of beautiful kitchen and bathroom transformations. A+++

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.
In short:
- Terrible communication
- Incorrect measurements
- Bad installation
- Not done right the first time
They came out, measured my kitchen and was told I'd have a quote soon. A few days passed and after reaching out I got a quote. Then was given an excuse about having to determine if the material is available. Where the supplier told me they had plenty... I finally get the quote, it's good and I accepted the quote and paid my 70% and set up a date to complete the wood template on a Monday morning. After they left I was told they would reach out that afternoon to put me on the install schedule. The day passes, then the following day, and the day after that. Nothing. So I reach out and I'm told they put me on the install schedule WITHOUT even asking me if it's a good day. It wasn't, but fortunately I was able to get the day off work. Then I'm told they'll check with the fabricator at the end of the week, make sure everything is on track and ready. The week passes. I hear nothing. Finally the Tuesday after I reach out and they didn't even check with the fabricator! Sure enough "They'll check near the end of the day". They didn't check that day, or the day after.
Finally all is well and I'm told 24 hours before the installers show up the time they'll be there. The installers come, install the counters and several measurements were off. They had to cut the counter inside my house creating a huge mess (they said that the wood template should not have had that happen). They couldn't install my windowsill piece because of a drywall issue (where a guy came later that week, cut and shimmed it no problem and didn't mess with the drywall at all). The installers didn't put any caulking between the backsplash and countertop, so now I have to do that. Then someone only made a 24" backsplash section instead of a 54" section so I have a huge gap behind my stove. The fabricator had no extra material so now I have to wait for someone else to use my material and have enough left over material so they can cut the strip I need. Not sure who messed that up but I'm pretty sure it wasn't the fabricator...
I feel as if my project wasn't important enough for them to actually care about it. It was a back burner project and was a complete hack job. I'm so upset I gave this company any of my money. I had to constantly reach out to get any details of what was going on, and was told they would do a specific task on a specific day and they didn't. I was waiting for them to complete the install to potentially up the rating of this review but then that was totally screwed up too...
I highly recommend others go elsewhere and save yourself the frustration, anger and disappointment.
