Best Quartz Countertop Installation in Phoenix AZ

I decided to delete my first review because Joe is a wonderful business man and handle the issue, that we ran into with his guys, with so much ease! I   truly did enjoy working with Noble and Juan I was upset that they made a huge issue seem so minor and I am happy Joe called to resolved the issue we had! Now for the review! When Noble came to my home he was very pleasant and professional he helped decide between quartz and granite. I was still on the fence about it because of all the drama I had to deal with from Home Depot (the French quarry was a nightmare)! I decided to go with quartz and he worked with us on the exact color and style ( I changed my mind so many times during the process) Juan was very easy to work with and explain to us what was going to happen and how long the job would take. He also answered all questions pertaining to our countertops being installed. He had his guys come out and install the counters! We had an issue with the water lines but Joe handled it so quickly (thank you Joe). During the whole entire process Noble, Juan and his guys were all on time! If they said they were coming at at 9 am they were right on time! My counter tops came out beautiful and I will definitely be using them in the near future for our bathroom remodel! I am excited to work with them again! Once again thank you so much Joe for turning lemons  into lemonade

From the moment I received a response till after our job was completed we were very happy with White Builder.  We needed our kitchen island to no longer include overhang. We needed it to be about a foot less than it was when house was built.

Not only did White Builder take care of this is short period of time they also found exact match of granite. They arrived on time, completed the island change, and made sure to clean up.  Later the same day the plumber came and installed new faucet. We are so glad we chose White Builder and will reach out if we have other work.

We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! Sorry folks this is not the place to go for your remodel or granite.  I have had nothing but problems with the granite seam on the installed counter top.  They have been out three times to repair and it still is rough and very obvious.  Stopped in to see them and it took a second call three weeks later to get them back out.  When they came out, they argued with me about the industry standards and said that a 1/8 inch is considered acceptable. They then said they would come out one more time but that would be it.  With that I stated I did not want them in my house and said good bye.  The only thing they want is the contract.  Customer service is supposed to be pleasing the customer but they only want to talk down to you and argue with you in your own home. Oh, and my under counter sink is also separating and needs to be re-caulked

In one word: HORRIBLE! But, let me explain because it might be hard to fathom.

My wife and I caught the installers attempting to steal two unopened boxes of tile. They placed the tile in the bed of their truck and tried to hide it by covering with a blanket. When confronted, they claimed Tintas asked them to bring it back because we would be short on tile and samples were needed. Yes, two full unopened boxes of tile were being requested as a sample on a Saturday afternoon...before Easter Sunday? Oh btw, I currently have, after the installation has been completed, 19 unopened boxes of tile...so we surely were not going to be short and surely no samples were going to be needed.

At this point, this was my personal property and they had zero permission to remove it from my premise...regardless! When Tintas was confronted on the above, they said these installers were just trying bring back extra tiles and these installers have never had any complaints before in regards to theft. What? The job was not even two-thirds completed, they tried to hide the theft with a blanket, and Tintas minimized this by allowing the excuses of extra tile to be stolen & pointed to their supposedly previous theft track record.

Word of warning, if you decide to purchase from and have Tintas perform the installation please watch their workers every second they are in your home. Subsequently and unfortunately, I have found other items missing but I can't prove who stole them from my premises, but what I do know without a doubt is that those items were stolen while the installation was being performed and the precedence of theft was established by the Tintas installers. Now, I have to go through the legal process to attempt to recover my items and/ or receive reimbursement from my insurance company.

Don't let this happen to YOU!

Regardless and without a doubt, the facts are:
1. Tintas' installers attempted to steal $127 of MY personal property (value of the two boxes)!
2. When Tintas' owner was confronted with the theft, he trivialized it by pointing to the installer's previous track record and had no problem making excuses for their attempted theft of my property!

There were numerous other issues with this service & installation besides the theft; however, Tintas has made fair restitution on them and I think it's most important to focus on the most egregious...THEFT by the Tintas installers and the follow up excuses by Tintas' owner!

Worked with XLT Construction to have a job completed where the previous contractor bailed - these guys came in and completed the work in 3 days and did a terrific job!  Would highly recommend. They installed french doors for our den - a door on the master bath, added walls to a removed fireplace and removed a door opening.
