Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Love supporting local businesses. We had no hot water. Explained the situation and He was able to schedule the next day. The heating elements were replaced and we had hot!! Thank you again for the awesome job. Look forward using B4 and After for future jobs!! Highly recommend!!

I wish I had more to say about BBG but apparently they are doing so well they do not need new customers.

I had seen their truck around town and found their card in a local paint store. Called or emailed them several months ago for the first time and got no response. Someone handed me their card again several months later and I called again and left a message - this time they called back and scheduled an appointment and Jason came out - on time - to discuss the work I wanted.

I THOUGHT that was a good sign, but apparently not, He said he would be back in touch in a few days, that was over one week ago. I am not in a rush to have the work done, but it would be nice to know if they are ever going to come back to me (guessing not).

All it takes is a simple phone call or email to say hey, we are swamped right now, are you in a rush? We have not forgotten about you and will get back to you. Instead, complete silence. I like to support local companies but I guess this one is doing so well, they do not need my business.

This company is amazing!  I needed to get my father's home fixed up prior to him coming home from the hospital and was on a short timeline.  They were able to get all accomplished within that timeframe.  The contractors they sent were true craftsmen and paid close attention to the details.  I will use them again and recommend their flooring installation services.

I recently called and spoke to "Bill" about obtaining a quote for replacing two exterior doors on my home.  He told me it would be an "expensive proposition" and that I should go on their website and fill out the intake form.  I told him I had already done business with this company a couple of times before and shouldn't have to be put through the screening process again.  I found Bill to be rather off-putting and blunt in how he handled the matter.  Long story short, I wound up hiring a different company to do the work.
