I paid over $1700 and I still have a pigeon problem. Let me start by saying that I agree with the other reviews that Alfredo and Rochelle are very sweet people. I am afraid I may have been a victim of them outgrowing their husband and wife level of business. When they gave me my first quote, it was a wonderful experience. They were there the next day and very professional. However, it was several months before I had the funds together to complete the service. Fast forward several months and I called Alfredo on his cell to tell him I was ready to do the service. He was very short with me on the call and told me I should email him. Well, he never responded to my email or a follow up text message. So I went back to Yelp to get additional quotes. He responded then along with the other providers and said that he would need to do a new quote because it had been so long. I thought that was perfectly logical and agreed.
I really should have know better at that point considering his lack of response, but I moved forward. From there on out I had to continually track then down via phone and email to move the process forward. They gave me a separate price for the trapping which extends over a several week period. I had to ask them for documentation to make sure they were actually showing up and I only received that on two occasions. There was never any final service call to let me know the status or to mark the end of the process, but as I stated at the beginning...I paid over $1700 and I still have a family of pigeons sitting on the house and a front entry way covered in feces. To pay so much money and know that you are still going to have to hire another company to correct the problem is so frustrating.
