I loved that they showed up quickly . They were responsive and had great recommendations for possible interests and issues later down the road with our house.

The BEST electrician in town at a very reasonable price.  Pedro came out to do 3 different projects for us on a Sunday.  I needed him to run a brand new electrical line for coach lights, a brand new electrical line for a ceiling fan, and new electrical line to hang a tv above my fireplace.  Pedro is very knowledgable about what he is doing and I would highly recommend him for any electrical project you have.  He will find a way to get the job done with a precision and perfection.  We only had to make minimal drywall repairs due to Pedro's surgical cuts.  He worked fast and clean.  Other company's estimated 13 hours for the project and Pedro finished everything in 9 hours.  The company does not charge weekend rates so they were very flexible to fit our busy schedule.

First I used Adam to hep with a pool panel in a home in Tempe and was happy with his work.
A few months later, I asked Adam to help with a home in Mesa and Adam seemed like a completely different person. Adam missed a lot of phone calls on a Friday night. So, I was worried and had to scrap my Friday night plans to check up on him only to discover he was ok.
Then Adam showed up at random times the other days and was sporadic. At times Adam wouldn't answer phone calls or texts.
There was a time when a neighbor claimed that Adam was at our Mesa home and left the home with our backyard gate open and lying on the ground, exposing our backyard pool to children.
Adam started to show some attitude and seemed to charge too much. Eventually, I decided to have another company finish work on a few remaining issues.

I needed help and they replied quickly and tried to save me!  While I ended up with my original electrical that was bailing out - I would definitely go to this company should I need help again!

The techs were on time, went the extra mile and when I got my bill I was relieved they were fair with their pricing and didn't add on silly and absorbent fees. Once again, going local pays off. I just want to thank Sam and his co-worker for the great job of installing the bird guard around our new solar system. Sam showed me the material used and how it is attached to the solar system. He also showed me before and after pictures of a bird nest they had to remove before installing the bird guard. They cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend Solar Restore. Very impressed with their knowledge about solar. Finding a true solar company in Phoenix can be a bit of a challenge. When I called around to different solar companies, most of them are nothing more than sales groups who write the contracts then sell them out to a bigger company to actually work with you. That's not the case with these guys. They are legit. They give you all the facts, setup and install. Loved working with this team.

I found DTL through the Home Depot Trusted Associates  Program.  I took estimates for installing 5 fans, 2 of which required installing new wiring, fan braces, and switches.  They were the second lowest bid out of 4, but because Home Depot had done a background check I went with DTL because nobody could be home while they did the work.  They arrived early, completed the work in a timely manner, and even installed an electric outlet on the ceiling of my back porch where I will be installing a TV.  I can attest to their professional work and expertise.  Need some electrical work done call these guys!

Had two great experiences with one of their electricians "T". We decided to install a small heater in our bathroom and scheduled that same electrician to do it. Unfortunately he was ill on the day of the install, so I agreed to have a different tech, "S", do it. Huge mistake. He damaged my freshly painted wall unnecessarily--first, by pounding on it with his pencil eraser to check out the studs--left black divots in the drywall. I said "I have s stud finder." He replied, "I have one in my truck."  Right.

Then after he was done, he said "you'll need to do some repair."  Sure enough, he had started to cut in one place and decided to move to another, leaving a gash in the wall. Lots of small scratches, and a gap between the edge of the heater frame and the drywall.

When I called the office to explain and try to resolve the issue, the response was "I discussed it with my boss and we will send "S" back to repair the damage he did." Are you kidding me?  Fearing further damage, I decided to repair the wall myself.

I had Fox Valley Electric come out to check a light fixture that was not working at our home. I had previously called a different company that told me I had power to the unit, which wasn't true. They did a terrible job and I needed someone else to come out and take a look. Lloyd came out and was very professional. He confirmed that there was no power to the unit and provided me with several options on what could be done to fix it. Although we decided not to fix it at this time, I would highly recommend Fox Valley Electric. They arrived sooner than expected and worked quickly to address the issue.
