Wow! I can finally take a shower in my own home again! Most importantly, I think honesty goes a long way these days. That's why Ron was one of the best calls I could have made when it comes to plumbing.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Let me start out by saying that we have an older home (very charming but it has been a bit of a plumbing challenge). We have worked with Johnco (primarily Jason) many, many times. Jason is always very professional and makes it easy to book appointments. They always get the job done and go above and beyond in situations. We cannot say enough about how wonderful Johnco has been to us over the years. Highly recommend them!

These guys were great! Carlos, Mark and the camera tech were prompt, courteous, went beyond to try and fix my plumbing issue. Carlos offered to go and get ME a drink from the store or asked if I needed anything. He kept me in the loop during the WHOLE process. He didn't just go from one end of the house to the next without letting me know what he was doing. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I will never go to Bill Howe again. Had a leak at the main supply to the house they were able to come out the same day and fix it as well as replace the shutoff valve and all the old piping around it. Communication was great including, really like the text notification system they use. They were quick, knowledgeable and professional, I would definitely recommend.

They were willing to come out and give me a free quote.  The plumber I went with gave me a quote based on photos I sent him.  So they were basically out bid.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Goettl showed me how HONEST they are the past couple days. They have serviced my home the past 4 years with no problems.
I recently had a plumbing issue that would have cost $3,500 to fix. The tech did some research to find out it was a problem that was caused by them when fixing my AC two years ago. He could have came back and said nothing about it in order to charge me. However, he was HONEST and said it was their fault and did all the work at no charge to fix the problem they did by mistake.  Thanks Goettl. This company is AMAZING! About a week ago I noticed that my shower was draining very slow and my toilet was as well. I thought at the time that this was a minor issue and would be fixed with just a simple clearing of the drains.. When Mike came out, he was able to get them going again but he did say that there would be bigger issues if I did address them soon.. He worked with me since I was on a tight budget since I am a single mother. At the end when my pipes were fixed I was a very happy customer and pleased with the work they did.

i had them come out of course i needed a new ac at a cost of $5674.50,  had to pay half now rest when done. it will blow like crazy i was told,  after 1 month called said i was not happy with the way it was working did not blow like crazy and ran all the time.  They sent someone out to see what was wrong now the duct needs work and i was told they would check the duct when they put the new unit in.   so the new contract 8/4/15 said they would replace a barometric damper and seal the duct.  ( had to pay up front $1800 ) Well they came out and sealed the duct but did not replace the damper.  so i called again they sent someone out who said they would fix it give them 2 weeks it is now 9/13/15 and still no word from them.  My advice would be not to pay until the job is done and done right
