Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

I recently moved to a new home and was in desperate need of soft water.  American Home Water had the lowest prices I could find anywhere, so I scheduled an installation for a Saturday.  They could have scheduled me for any day, but I work so I needed a weekend.  I bought a water softener and a RO System including an ice line to my fridge.   The guys who came out were very nice and professional.  They really took the time to explain the systems and answer my questions.  I even set up a reminder in my phone for my first filter change.  Overall I was very satisfied with the products and services rendered.

My landscaper advised that I had a leak in the supply line between my meter and the house. I contacted Hansen Family Plumbing this past weekend, and they sent a technician, Jerry, out to look at it today. Jerry informed me that the meter quit spinning after he shut the water off at the house. This meant that they leak was related to the irrigation system rather than the supply line to my house. Jerry also advised that it would be more cost effective to have the landscaper address it, which I appreciated. I'll be contacting Hansens again, should a plumbing need arise. I appreciate dealing with contractors that are interested in providing the correct fix without over charging me.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. Kyle came out, was extremely informative and alleviated our worries in terms of what needed to be done. Did not try to oversell or do unnecessary work. I would definitely use this company in the future and recommend to others.

Super prompt and honest. Derek was a life saver after our home warranty company left us with no A/C for two weeks. He immediately reached out to schedule a time. He was actually able to arrive before his estimated window of arrival. He diagnosed what was wrong and gave us our honest options rather than the run around we kept getting from other places. He fixed the issue right away which was amazing. I definitely recommend Derek and this company. Phenomenal service

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

This company saved the day! My a/c was not blowing cold air and this happened mid day, I messaged a few businesses on yelp and Andrew was the first one to get back to me. They were able to come out later that night and check out what was going. They do charge a service fee but it does get applied to the overall bill which is nice as well. They were able to fix the problem with a recharge of my system and we now have cold air. I will definitely be using this company for any problems I have in the future with my HVAC. I highly recommend!

It does not get any better than this! Sam  is about the friendliest, most honest professional, helpful and most competitively priced Trades people I've ever met. He was very efficient in addressing the plumbing problems I had Including a clogged bathroom sink and trouble with water pressure on my master shower. I cannot recommend Sam highly enough!

If you want an estimate from Kings of AC LLC,  the King will tell you in the afternoon. I didn't know that this meant from noon to......  Like I have all day to wait for an estimate. At 5 pm I sent the King a text to cancel appointment.
The King is too busy (good sign), but gave him 2 star because he's a young company....Good luck

I would recommend these guys to Anyone! My home A/C unit went out on a Saturday night. I fought through the night and after seeing that it was nothing I could do myself I called APES 8am on a Sunday morning and Jesus was at my house in only 2 hours. And like magic had my unit running cold by 11am. He was a bit on the young side but  very knowledgeable. Best call I have made.

These guys are very reasonable and very speedy. Our company uses them and some of our employees have used them for their home needs and hands down they are great. We are happy customers of PlumbSmart.

I previously said that they lied to me about the cost of financing my ducts.  They may have been surprised themselves by the finance company as to the cost of interest.  However, they did go to bat for me and got the interest rate lowered sufficiently to actually be lower than their original quote.  I received a revised contract from the creditor and am now paying a lower amount due to their efforts after the fact. They showed a real concern for me and I have to thank them for that.
