Best Electric Water Heater Installation in Phoenix AZ
Honestly, I'd give Greg six stars! He was professional, knowledgeable, understanding and went beyond his call of duty to help me with the insurance company, a septic company and told me to call him if I need him to help with either of these companies once they start their thing. Not only will I recommend this company to anyone who asks I am calling them for some little plumbing projects I've been putting off due to being nervous about professionals. GREAT JOB !

I had my sewer line backing up in my house....gross! I called Ron this morning and he came out in a couple of hours. He was honest, professional, and courteous. I could not ask for a better service. The price is what he quoted over the phone. 5 big stars is well deserved. He is the type of person who makes you put faith back in the service industry. Thank you for being awesome Ron!

Had great availability, great pricing, and worked hard to get the drain cleared. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Not helpful. We booked a time for a rep to come out because we want to replace both our septic tank and our leach field. Instead of coming to our home, the rep called at the appointment time and gave some info, but ultimately wouldn't come to our house or answer any specifics unless we booked a $3500 excavation of our current tank.
Update - adjusting my review - they did call back later and say they would send out a tech to look at our yard. We decided to pass.

Gerald S. came to our rescue a couple Fridays ago. I was on my way out the door when I noticed water coming from the ground near our big tree. I called Reddi Services and they were the only company to send someone out within two hours of noticing the water line break. Gerald was honest, thorough, and trustworthy. He let me know exactly what the problem was and how it was to be fixed. He takes pride in his work and you can tell he enjoys helping customers. If all of Reddi Services employees are like him they have one amazing business. I hope they recognize how valuable Gerald is to their company because he is an excellent plumber!

Vitality and his crew are hard working pros. They worked their a**es off re-configuring my bathroom plumbing for a remodel and installed a new loop for my water softener. Prices are the beat in the valley and the craftsmanship is second to none.

Quickly and easily scheduled service. Inexpensive cost for unclogging shower drain. Quoted price was what I was charged.

Kevin has located our clean outs, located our water supply, installed a pressure valve and yesterday, responded within a couple hours to repair a leak on a toilet that was flooding the house. He's done plumbing repairs and maintenance for us for a good number of years and always timely and super friendly, cordial and extremely fair on his prices. Every thing is fixed the first time, cleaned up after repair and never one call back. Awesome service, you will not go wrong here.

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was Good Friday so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.
Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I called Rescue Family Plumbing on a Saturday with a clogged toilet that needed to be fixed ASAP. They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately. They are the best in the business. Family owned, courteous, and honest.

This has got to be one of the worst run companies there is. 3 weeks and 5 days to finally fix my AC unit. It did work during that time but it took that long to get it completely fixed. I will know come winter time if it is really fixed. One technician comes and gets it working and charges a 900 % profit for the board that he doesn't have, so the next technician comes the next week and the new board doesn't fix it and doesn't know how to put it back the way the other tech had it. Next day Supervisor and some vice president of something comes and says I don't want to hear your complaints, however he did know what he was doing and found the other problem. Wow they didn't charge me for the other board that costs $5. I guess I should feel blessed. Of course it took about 2 weeks to get that board in. What a joke they are. They don't call and let you know anything. I called one time to get an appt. and was on hold for 35 minutes. Set the appt. and they called back 5 minutes later and changed the appt. time. Don't call this company for anything. And worse I purchased their contract for a year trusting the first technician. I don't want them in my house ever again.

Parker and Sons has been our go to for for any electrical work. we've needed. Everybody I've had contact with has always been very helpful and more importantly the face of Parker are the technicians who come into the home. Without exception I can only praise the work and the technicians.
Edger came to check on the air conditioning unit this last Thursday. He was very thorough, went way beyond what I would have expected, explained everything in terms that I understood and made several recommendations. There was no pressure , he left the decision entirely up to me.
I believe trust is one of the most important elements of any successful business. I can honestly say that I trust Parker and Sons 100%

Keep looking for a plumbing company. I can't trust this one.
This review ironically follows Rooter Hero's previous Yelp review from the original owner of the home my daughter recently purchased. Here is the rest of the story.
Rooter Hero installed a water heater about a year prior and the problems were apparent to me when looking at the house and presented the concerns to the buyer during the transaction.
And here they are, The temperature and pressure relief valve were not plumbed to code. The building code requires the line to be copper (it was plastic) and it must exit the building to prevent flooding and/or scalding of people and it did not. They did replace the plastic to copper, but Rooter Hero allowed the pipe to terminate in a drain pain that would have overflowed in seconds causing damage to this home as well as the one underneath it. This was unprofessional work and clearly not to code even after bringing it to their attention. The second issue was the vent ducting connecting to the water heater to the vent pipe. It wasn't secured with screws, it was didn't have the gentle upward arc to the vent pipe required to vent combustion gases safely. The pictures show the deficiencies clearly. The vent pipe actually dips downward. What is not visible in the picture was a tear resulting from the tight bends. This was a carbon monoxide source.
When I shared the pictures you see here with two contractors I have used in the past they both said this work was substandard and not to code. I took this information and spoke with Lawrence, the general manager who shared he doesn't know California building codes as he is from Canada and has only been working for Rooter Hero for 3 days. His defense was that the work was done and the customer was happy. I reminded him that the home owner is not a licensed plumber. I don't hold him responsible. He was not the professional here. I also spoke with Adam the plumber who insisted that the vent and the T&P lines were properly installed and to code, though he was willing to sell me a Watts 210 T&P valve that would solve the problem for an additional $1200. This was the correct remedy. The job should never have been sold as it was without the Watts 210. The job was sold out of compliance with building codes. Clearly he was aware of the correct methods but left the property in an unsafe condition. It was shared that the original plumber from Rooter Hero was fired for doing poor quality work, and Adam came in twice after. Rooter Hero was on site three times that I am aware of, and even after concerns were shared, left the home dangerous to life and property with measured high levels of carbon monoxide and a job that was not done to code.
I had the issues resolved by a licensed contractor. He was shocked when he measured the carbon monoxide prior to the repairs as well as the overall lack of professionalism of the work. So the former owner of the home gives Rooter Hero a great review because he was told that any deficiencies with the job were corrected. The owner was pleased that there was no charge, yet completely unaware that in reality, even after the replaced pipe, the 1. T&P line was still not to code. 2. The vent leaked carbon monoxide because it was not correctly installed. 3. No sediment trap for the gas line was installed and required by code and 4. No expansion tank was installed. Yet that customer thought he was well taken care of. Sorry, but the work was substandard and totally unprofessional. I would expect this kind of work from an unlicensed laborer. Rooter Hero had no business leaving the home in that condition.
I am speaking to you from the viewpoint of a parent whose daughter would have taken possession of a home that could have caused her illness or death even after Rooter Hero's was notified of the concerns.

FYI...this was never resolved. Jake did contact me and say he'd look into it, but my fee was never reimbursed for something they say they don't charge for. Buyer beware!
