Best Water Conditioner Repair in Phoenix AZ
This is long over due since he fixed our AC three weeks ago! We got a quote from Yelp for help when it was slowly getting warm and he came and fixed it that day. Also he was fair priced and on top of that he only fixed what was necessary and didn't pressure us to buy a new AC. He gave his opinion and said we should save for a new AC since it will last maybe another year. I appreciate the honesty and straightforwardness.

I used Terry from King Plumbing, Heating and AC about 6 months after we bought our house. We needed service done on our heater, AC unit, and garbage disposal. Terry went right to work, got everything done in a few hours, including installing a programmable thermostat. He helped us get full use out of our home warranty plan and cleaned up after everything was done. Highly Recommended!

Convenient Home Services did an SRP audit at my home & discovered a couple of problems which I agreed they should fix. The crew was amazing. They made sure I understood everything that was being done & left my home in immaculate condition. Also had sun screens installed & that also went smoothly. Follow-up calls were made to assure that all was exactly as they promised. Would recommend to everyone.

Had a new water heater and furnace installed last week by Yavapai Plumbing and Heating. Installers were on time, polite, knowledgeable, professional and did what appears (to me anyway) to be a fine job installing both pieces of equipment. That is the good news. If that is all I was rating, I would rate them 5 stars. On price and quality reputation of equipment installed, 1 star. Hence, the average of 3. Once I had the specific model numbers on both the water heater and the furnace installed, I did some research. And, to be clear, that I did not do this before I purchased is on me. I now know the water heater can be purchased online for $600, and is highly regarded, the furnace online is $1169 from Sears, and, unfortunately,is not so highly regarded. On one site I looked at with about 150 reviews, 77 current owners, rated it 1 star out of 5. Now 56 people on the same site rated it 5 out of 5, so I'm hoping I'm one of the lucky ones. It seems with this furnace, owners experiences have been either really good, or somewhat more often, really bad.
It took 2 guys 1.5 hours (3 man hours) to install water heater and two guys 4 hours (8 man hours) to install furnace. Price I paid was just over $4K for furnace installed, for a $1169 (retail, not wholesale) furnace and 8 man hours to install. Price I paid was $2166 for water heater installed, again, a $600 (retail, not wholesale) water heater and 3 man hours to install. I realize there are other aspects to the prices being charged (hauling away old equipment, the thermostat, some transition ducting, plumbing supplies, catch pan and other adds/ends). Add another (my rough estimate) $500 to the furnace and say $300 to the water heater for these other things, and you are still at roughly $3K for the $4K furnace and well under $1.5K for the $2K+water heater.
Now with all the information in front of me, their pricing seem to be very high. And, in regards to the furnace specifically, after reading the reviews, it is a furnace I doubt I would have purchased at all. At least the water heater is a high quality, highly rated item, even if I paid too much for it. That l could have lived with, without feeling the need to post this review. The furnace is another matter. To have overpaid for an average lowly rated furnace, well, as you might imagine, that hurts, and what has prompted this review. Bottom line, don't do what I did. I was lazy, perhaps a bit gullible, and I paid the price (pun intended). Do some serious research BEFORE before choosing any company for this kind of work. Get the specific model numbers being proposed for installation, BEFORE signing the contract, and do your own research on what is a reasonable price, and what are other people's experiences with the equipment. Look at the alternatives in the same price range. You may still chose to use Yavapai Plumbing and Heating. That will not be a mistake, if you are going with eyes open. In my experience, they will do the installation right, and working with them will be a pleasure, IF you are OK with the price you are being charged.

What great service by Dave. They got out to my place within a couple hours. We're on time, kind and courteous. He fixed the problem w the toilet quickly, checked out the rest of my lines in the front yard and charged me nothing. It's service like that which assures I will use west coast again. Thanks!

I would recommend these guys to Anyone! My home A/C unit went out on a Saturday night. I fought through the night and after seeing that it was nothing I could do myself I called APES 8am on a Sunday morning and Jesus was at my house in only 2 hours. And like magic had my unit running cold by 11am. He was a bit on the young side but very knowledgeable. Best call I have made.

Luckily it is only in the 90s and not 100s. (Said Dripping with sarcasm and sweat). Been waiting 5 days for Chas Robert's to show up and service 2 Lennox air-conditioners, that keep leaking coolant. Great for the environment. This will be the 4th time in 18 months, if someone shows up! Made appointment Wednew day between 7:00 pm and midnight. Not convenient for us, but we waited up, to be phoned right before midnight to say our appointment would not be honored. Next appointment Friday between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm and still a no show at 4:50 pm. Not a fan of this company, or Lennox!
