Kirk was amazing and came out the same day I called for dryer repair. He diagnosed my dryer and also gave me reasonable options for repair. He was honest and willing to work with me. Appt. schedule quickly, which is a plus.  Rep. showed up on time and was very professional.  He actually listened to what I had to say with the issues I was having with my frig.  He made his recommendations and suggested I didn't need to replace parts Sears tech suggested.

Another rep. came out explaining what he was going to do and why.  My frig. is working fine to date.  All it needed was Freon.
