Best One-time Home Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Ray replaced the AC unit at the home where I am currently living.  He and his crew did a great job!  Ray kept in touch with me throughout the entire process, and had it fixed fast!  He also installed a programmable thermostat, set up the schedule for me, and explained how everything worked, inside and out. The price was excellent, the service was professional, and everything was done on time.  The best part is, I just got my first electric bill since the replacement, and it was $82 less than the month before!  I would not hesitate to recommend 911 Air Repair for any product or service you might need!

My tenants hired Parker and Sons without my knowledge to come and check the AC which wasn't cooling.  The AC unit is only 8 years old.  The tech told my tenant that a new air handler was needed in the attic.  $1400 later, the AC worked for 2 weeks and then quit cooling.  My tenants called Parker and Sons back out, and they are now saying there is a leak somewhere in the system and that a whole new system is needed.  That's a bunch of crap, they didn't even try to find the leak because they work on commission and are only interested in selling new units.  I would have never called Parker based upon their reviews, and I have contractors I use and TRUST for my rental properties.  Now I will have to have my people come out and find out what the problem is.  My contractor has even suggested that perhaps the Parker and Sons tech caused the leak when they installed the new air handler, but without seeing it, he doesn't know for sure.  I will post an update after inspection, but it's highly suspicious.

I called with issue after being jacked around with home warranty and seriously this company came out to my house in 15 minutes and told me nothing was wrong with my a/c but faulty thermostat and actually fixed some faulty wiring that could have been a fire.  He installed a new thermostat quickly and I had cold air blowing in no time!   I just came home from hospital and was desperate!   These folks are awesome and honest!   My ac units are old as we just bought house last year and still working and I am quite sure they could have said replace this or that and we would have never known any different but they didn't!  Thank you for great honesty and quality service!   Btw,   When I called other company to cancel home warranty guy, he asked what they did and how much  did they charge and actually said we got really great deal.  Thank you again!   Both my husband and I are in home lending and will spread the word!   :-).
