The experience working with Ideal Energy to correct our dated builder grade duct system was amazing. From the beginning to end every individual team member excelled at there position for the front desk, duct design, to the 2 day installation. Most impressive was the installation team. Totally impress with ac/heating unit service. Trey the service tech was very professional, extremally knowledgeable on ac/heating units. At my age I didn't feel like I was given a sales pitch just knowledge.

TOTAL RIP OFF. Charged me $190 before arrival, I should have know better based on them charging me before they even showed up. Then a repair that should have been and additional $30-100 (fuses and capacitor) was quoted as an additional $330. Total rip-off. $520 to replace fuses and a capacitor is simply taking advantage of people!

Courteous, professional, friendly, not pushy, has the customers best interest at heart.  That is how I describe Convenient Home Services.  James was there from day one of the audit, joined by Paul upon them returning to review the results of their findings.  Both were also present for the install and other HVAC related work ( and quite a bit of it- sealing, new ductwork, new return air vents, insulation of the attic, sealing air plenums, ) to our house.  These guys couldn't have been more honest and trustworthy.  They did not try and over sell equipment or extra services.  They sold what was best for my wife and I and our house.  We actually did upgrade equipment after discussing details of each of the units. Install work was scheduled for a 5 am start.  At 4:40 am, Five Convenient Home Services vehicles roll up to the house and they are ready with anything the job was going to require.  IMPRESSIVE.  Well planned and well scheduled, the team stayed on schedule just as they had said.  They put tarps down, wore white suits, and cleaned the house as they went.  Always kind and always courteous. I would ask many questions to each of the team members and all were very informative and polite.  I would recommend Convenient Home Services as a Preferred Rudd Retailer if you have such a thing.  The whole team, from their office staff to their field crew, along with James and Paul, are absolutely the best people in the customer service provider industry I have come across in a long time.
