Best Attic Energy Efficiency Inspection in Phoenix AZ

We recently moved into an older home and didn't want to face the hot summer months with an old AC and not so adequate insulation.  We chose to have an energy audit done through Ideal Energy.  And I am so happy I went with this company.  From the audit with Brian to the work performed by Chris, Mike and the team these guys showed outstanding customer service from start to finish.  Brian was very upfront with his findings and was able to put together different quotes for me based on the cost concern.  Scheduling the work was very simple, Elena was in communication the whole time and available for questions.  As soon as the work started I was blown away by the professionalism and care and concern for me as their customer to the email and phone call letting me know they are arriving to walking me through the process and work every step of the way.  They were so amazing with clean up making sure everything was just the way they found it, like they were never there doing two full days of work.  If you want to have an outstanding customer experience with a company you can trust call Ideal Energy.

TOTAL RIP OFF. Charged me $190 before arrival, I should have know better based on them charging me before they even showed up. Then a repair that should have been and additional $30-100 (fuses and capacitor) was quoted as an additional $330. Total rip-off. $520 to replace fuses and a capacitor is simply taking advantage of people!

I had Convenient Home Services originally come out to perform an energy audit (they are a preferred company for APS.) the audit was completely thorough and detailed. Next I requested a bid for fixing the horrible temperature variance from room to room and fixing interior doors from slamming shit when the a/c turned on. I hired this company to add and additional hvac ducts, add jumper ventilation returns into bedrooms (there were none in any of the 3 bedrooms when I bought the house. Also did duct cleaning and sealing. The efficiency performance of my a/c skyrocketed, my energy bills went way down , and they fixed the terrible air pressure causing doors to slam shut from only 1 previous air return for the whole house.

Not only were they professional, timely, qualified and...nice, but the whole crew was meticulous and focused from start to finish.

I found this team to be competent, professional, and ethical. How refreshing. I have now had them come back a couple more times for various things and the quality of service is consistent.
