Best Air Duct Sealing/Insulation Installation in Phoenix AZ

My AC was over 20 years old and completely went out, I needed a whole new system. I got 4 quotes, and Larson was the most affordable and had the best financing options. They were able to complete the job same day and I have AC by 3pm the same afternoon! They already called to set up the quality walk thru just to make sure things are going well. Wow! Where do I begin with this company? A+++++ as far as honesty, caring, and customer service! We purchased a house last month, moved in, and voila! A/C stopped working.... of course! After tossing a guy out from George Brazil (do not use those guys....) who literally spent 5 minutes diagnosing the system and then immediately went into a sales pitch trying to sell me an $11,000 unit, I called Ideal Energy as they came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint! They got right in here and did an entire system evaluation (turns out we had several problems going on...) Because of the sweltering heat, they went above and beyond to make our repair top priority, even coming early mornings and on a Saturday to make sure we weren't without cooling. The communication and follow up were top notch! They may not be the least expensive operator out there, but they take pride in everything they do and provide a professional quality, honest work and service. Worth every penny for peace of mind and to know the job was done right! We won't use anyone else!

I called to get both of my units checked out and also the attic duct work and zone dampers. Cody can out and did an extremely thorough check of everything. He located a bad capacitor in my 2 year old equipment and when he left all was working in top shape. He was polite, educated me on everything I needed to know and clearly a top-notch technical person who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Cody and Desert Diamond.
