They were scheduled to show up on a certain day for shower remodel, I took the first 3 days off, so I could be there, not only did they not show, they did nothing to make up for the lost income!  They showed up the following week, so I had to ask my dad to go hang out at my house.  They did admit fault, and claim they didn't charge me for extra work, but I didn't see any extra effort.   And no masks were worn.

As an insurance agent I love Ray because he helps my clients avoid turning in tiny clams. He just went to a client last week helped to fix the situation and it was far under her deductible. The other water damage Restoration company I referred her to sent out one of his lackeys and told my client immediately turn in a claim. This would raised her rates for 3 years. Ray spent the time with my client to make sure she understands what she's doing. Thanks for all you do!
I love that he does water damage, mold, and other emergency clean up issues. Luckily I have never had to send him a fire!

He had more answers than I had questions! The Project Manager, Lee Ellis, could not have been better. Lee provided a project schedule and plenty of updates throughout the project. He scheduled meetings at my convenience and was always on time. I can't say enough about the quality of the work, the attention to detail, and their professionalism and trustworthiness.

I think the true test is how I feel about Peak One now that the project is done. The remodeled bathroom is beautiful! They have followed up on every punch-list item. I am very happy with the project, I have recommended them to friends, and they are at the top of my list for the next project.
