We had issues with our air conditioning working properly and reached out to an AC company.  They came out and suspected it was our main drain line and actually came out twice to try and clean it out by suction and vinegar.  We still felt like we were having issues and instead of having the AC company come out for a third time, we decided to call out to a plumber.

I contacted a couple different companies, and Yaro was the only one that could send someone the same day and in the evening to work with our schedule!

Airforce was our tech.  He came by and was super friendly!  Loved his attitude and willingness to help us out and get the job completed.  He did end up cleaning out the main drain even further and was able to get whatever was stuck out.  He even double checked it to make sure he had properly cleaned it out.  Love the fact that he was thorough!  Since last week we have not had any further issues with our air and feel very confident the job was finally properly done.

We also had a water stain that was slowly growing in our laundry room and wanted this checked out while someone was there.  Unfortunately it was not wet when Airforce came by, and we have not seen it wet.  He suspects it is coming in when it is raining, but is not positive without seeing it wet and without cutting into our drywall.  We opted to wait and watch for when it rains to see if we might have some sort of hole with water getting in.

We are very appreciative of Yaro and their quickness to help us fix an issue.  They were also very reasonably priced - don't forget to mention use of coupons on the website to the tech, for a discounted price!

I was visiting my relatives in North Carolina when their bath tub drain was clogged. I called the Ultimate Plumbing repair and they arrived in fifteen minutes and fixed the problem. It was not a big job but I was impressed with their speed and professional manner.
I highly recommend their services.

I would recommend Payless plumbers to anyone. They are on the job as quick as possible and very friendly. Always willing to share insights as they work so your up to date on what is happening. After a small plumbing issue that left us needing a lot of repairs, we began collecting estimates from contractors, painters and flooring companies all over the area. After feeling as if there was no way we'd be able to get the work done within what the insurance company was willing to pay, we were referred to Raul and his team by many of our neighbors. As he lives in our neighborhood, many folks had hired him to have all sorts of work done and every person we spoke to said nothing but amazing things about the quality of what he and his team had done.

Raul came to give us an estimate when he said he would and it was much more affordable than the prior companies we had contacted. We decided to hire him that day to install our new flooring.

In tandem with the flooring, we were having repairs done to our ceiling and wall, and new paint/popcorn applied. Unfortunately, the person we hired to do these items wasn't able to do them to our expectations and we decided to let him go. After a short conversation with Raul, we decided to hire him to complete everything that needed to be done associated with our claim. Not only that but, we discovered a mold issue just before the work was to begin and, after having him look at it for us, we also hired him to take care of those repairs as well.

I could go on and on about the amazing work that Raul and his team do. We even added on some extras along the way because we were so impressed. A stressful situation of having to file an insurance claim to have work done we hadn't planned ended up turning into a beautiful remodel of nearly the entire first floor of our home! The floors are absolutely beautiful, we have a new smooth ceiling in our kitchen and living room (instead of popcorn) that is like glass, we have absolutely beautifully done new paint in our kitchen, living room and family room, and we no longer have a leak causing a mold issue around our front windows. Every step of the way we were impressed. The work was done when we were told it would be, and even with some hiccups along the way (i.e. having to ask for additional work), Raul made sure we were comfortable with any changes in the timeline. More importantly, in no case did we see any situation where a corner was cut. In fact, things we wouldn't have thought to do or add as extra steps to do things as simple as say, painting a wall, were done, to ensure the quality was second to none. We hovered every day watching, and every day we were impressed with the little things that were done to go above and beyond.

The one and only reason I am not giving Raul 5 stars is because throughout the entire process, with everything we had done, we never saw anything on paper. In fact, I have to reach out again to ask for something showing what work was done to satisfy our insurance company. This is an extremely minor issue however. In fact if I could give 4.5 stars, deducting just .5 for the lack of paperwork, I would. I'm 100% sure he can and will provide it, I would've just preferred seeing things in writing to solidify all the conversations and agreements made verbally.

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that we will hire Raul again to do whatever we need to our home. We've since visited some neighbors to see work he's done for them and were just as impressed. A new bathroom was done for one of our neighbors that is amazing and the screen room another neighbor had him finish (after poor quality work was done) is beautiful. The list goes on and on quite honestly. His prices are reasonable and the work is simply amazing. No matter what you need done, give Raul a call!

Very disappointed. Refused to wear mask and was told by the owner that he had COVID19 already. I asked politely and gave mask and still refused. I would have ask him to leave , but they were fixing a problem from prior work done by them.

Very incompetent. I purchased a water softener from Lowe's and they sent this company to install it. The first time it was installed did not work for more than a couple of days. Thought maybe it was the water softener so we had a new one sent out. Bliss installers came out and said they needed to install it differently and they did not have everything they needed to do the install. Following week they come out and run pipes under my house. They say it's working. The next day I try to get water from the refrigerator and it's not coming out, I try the filtered sink water no go either. I have left 4 messages and no one has returned my call.

I ordered the bathtub repair kit, described as easy online. But when I received it, it was difficult to figure out and required a lot of additional steps and items to purchase. I never used the kit, I simply returned it to the only address I could find, because the phone number is bogus and the email address never replies. I never received a refund for the unused kit. $45 out the window for trusting a company of (obvious plumbers) who are selling their leftovers to the public and ripping them off.

I had previously posted a review on YELP.  I had been contacted by a rep, who said if I posted a review on Yelp or Facebook, I would receive a gift card to LOWE'S.  Evidently, that was only true for people who gave a good review, not an honest one.

Stay clear of this crook, Brian Crook. He left my 86 year old mother in a mess. Her toilet clogged. Brian came, Toto rostered the line to the city and charged her $225. The problem was not fixed and he promised to make it right. After numerous unanswered phone calls and two weeks be has not responded or shown up. CROOK is appropriate as his name!
