I had originally called another company who was unsuccessful in remedying the problem. Called Made and they came out to fix my backed up pipes on short notice. Got my issue solved in a short amount of time and with the utmost professionalism. Thanks Ben!

I can't say how pleased I am with the work and professionalism of the guys that just came to my house.  They were friendly, courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job.  As Jim R. said in a previous review, I'd give them 6 stars if I could.  

I plan on having them back soon to install more lights.  Great work, use these guys.

Good news: They arrived at the time that they promised on the phone, and they fixed the problem.

Bad news: The job took far longer than it should have, and I was paying by the hour.

One star *would* have been my rating, but I am giving them three, as they were willing to negotiate with me on the price after-the-fact.  I sent a straightforward non-antagonistic letter to them 48 hours later (after we'd both had time to cool-off) and they did refund part of their original bill back to me.  I still feel that I was overcharged for the job, but at least it wound up being moderately high instead of outrageously high.

Painful lesson that I have learned: No matter how simple the job appears, do not let work begin without an estimate.  (And it was a simple job, not just in my own opinion, but also that of a city plumbing employee.  It is a mystery to me, even now, to understand why the job took as long as it did.)  Had I requested an estimate up-front, they would have been much more likely to quote a fair price, and stuck to it, regardless of how long the job took.  Live and learn.

Horrible service. Quoted fir a repair failed to make a repair then asked for a bill. Never fixed the issue didn't even diagnose the issue. Never communicated unless there was money involved.

Fantabulous experience! Jeff came out to adjust the gas connection on our stove so we could move it closer against the wall. He communicated well by confirming, calling back promptly (even after hours!), and did our shower drain all at the same time.(I believe he called the drain a great science project! hahaha)  He told us the cost for the drain and didn't bother to ask for that portion of the fee. just had to pay for the gas connection. When he checked if the gas was working again, everything worked. We later discovered that the fireplace starter pilot went out. He is coming back Monday to light it himself. He said he didn't feel comfortable with us doing it! This guy is great. We plan on using him for just about everything!

They are now my go-to guys for all my plumbing needs! Honest, punctual, and does great work!

Our garbage disposal was not working. Cuellar came and got it working quickly and even tightened the faucet as a bonus!  They do not charge a service fee and their pricing was very fair. I will definitely use them again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.  After changing plumbers from another local plumber we had been with for decades.  I simply cannot imagine ever using another plumber.  We have in recent months had a bevy of plumbing issues.  One of which was to fix the original fix by our former plumber and it was a fraction of the price for twice as much work,

And now, as I write this we are having our hot water heater replaced.  They worked us into their already busy schedule.  Our plumber actually came with a new hot water heater.  

Their prices are competitive and still better work and less expensive.  They are worth every penny and take great pride in their work.  

You won't be disappointed.

Had an issue with my sink and Kris from Prosper Plumber came out and fixed it quickly.  Price and service was great. Highly recommend.

Kyle Wade came out to my house and did the line camera that had been recommended by Planet Earth Plumbing.  I texted and email request to provide a quote but no response from the company at all.   We wasted time and money and no result to get a quote or help to fix the broken pipes.  We so made and very disappointed with the level of customer service.  We lost the trust and would never want to use Planet Earth Plumbing, therefore we give 1 star since we can't give a zero.

In January I had a outside faucet that was leaking badly. I called B&D late that afternoon and he was able to get it fixed first thing the next morning. I remodeled my kitchen with new countertops and sink. I contacted B&D and he was able to come by same day to hook everything back up. When he got here he noticed that the crew who installed the sink lost a piece to the faucet. I went to buy another and Bill came back and finished the job. While he was here he installed a new garbage disposal and replaced valves as well due to old age. Bill is very personable, reliable and reasonably priced. I will continue to use this service!

Had an issue with a door installation. He came out on the 4th of July and got it taken care of quickly. Will definitely use Yorsky Do All Services in the future!

John was so kind to come out this morning for a dripping outside faucet.  Turns out it just needed a little tightening.  He fixed it and went on his way!!  He is definitely my guy went something else comes up!  Thanks John!

Our shower has been leaking for a while and finally got to the point I couldn't stand the dripping sound as it was basically like water torture dripping all day and night.  Normally we could change out everything on our own but guess we waited too long and the buildup was too much that we couldn't get it off on our own.

Anyways I called a few different locations for quotes on a Thursday.  Lee from Bluebonnet responded first, came over that same day for a quote.  He was back by Tuesday and it took him all of thirty minutes to remove and replace the shower handle for us.  Price was exactly what he quoted as was the time to do the job.  If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will be calling Bluebonnet and asking for Lee.

We've used these guys twice. Came on short notice both times. Very nice, quality work, affordable.

Do not use. Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Multiple missed appointments, issues with work, disrespect on the phone...the list goes on. There are plenty other respectable and capable plumbers in Dallas.

The service tech called 20 minutes before his arrival and was on time (frame was 4 -7 PM).  He introduced his name and company (dress was very clean and pleasant manners).
Asked about my problem, provided an estimate and ask for permission to complete the job.He solved our problems with the remotes and serviced the mechanical parts of our AC.
 Work was completed very SATISFACTORY !!  Price was  fair.  I would recommend and use your company AGAIN, if required.

Could not have been more professional or more understanding my plight. All others in town put me off for 2-3 weeks and had the same story two weeks after the big freeze. When I called Billy Mc he came out the NEXT DAY! Problem solved. He has a customer for life.
