We'll definitely use Jeff and Allaces Plumbing in the future... diagnosed our problem very quickly and had it repaired in no time at all! I highly recommend Allaces Plumbing!

I called DJM for a water heater problem and they came out quickly. The tech checked it out thoroughly and left a detailed report on what he found. It was an electrical wiring issue and no problem with the water heater itself. After hiring an electrician what DJM found was spot on. Even though they couldn't fix the wiring problem they did a great job in diagnosing what was really going on. I definitely recommend them!

Excellent service! Adolf and Becky were knowledgeable, timely, and considerate when fixing a leak at our house. They were extremely professional and were able to locate the leak quickly. They did the job well and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

Kenny is an awesome plumber and actually cares about his customers. After 2 other plumbers couldn't find the time to come out to my house sent by my insurance agency, Kenny came, after hours to fix a problem that was more than just a leak.

I have used them twice, and each time the guys have arrived promptly, fixed the problem, and provided courteous, expert service. I have two other jobs that need to be done in my house, and I plan to call them again.

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

A+ team!! They were absolutely terrific. We knew from the moment we called, we made the right decision. Impeccable customer service! Didn't try to sell us a new water heater like another company did. They fixed what needed fixing, saved us OVER $1800 because they care about their customers. Can't go wrong with this company. Excellent job! Thank you for taking care of our family's needs. Benjamin answered my request for a plumber to diagnose & fix an issue with our garbage disposal. I received many other responses. Most wanted an outrageous fee just to show up at the door OR offered a very low fee but wouldn't provide transparency in to hourly rates or ballpark estimates. Also many were days out on availability.
Benjamin came out on hours notice on a SUNDAY no service fee to show up & a very fair rate. He worked quick & all is fixed! I definitely recommend Benjamin & Righteous Plumbing And Construction

This company is great and Brian was very helpful. I had a leak under a bathroom sink and a stackable washer/dryer unit where the washer had just stopped working. I had called them to see what they'd charge to fix it and when they could do the work. I'd already checked with several plumbers and they were outrageously expensive. As a side note, as of Sept. 2019, plumbers in the State of Texas DO NOT have to have a license. Yes, that means technically anyone can represent themselves as a plumber and I really had no way of knowing which of the ones I called were just doing plumbing work (and were really handymen) or who were actual licensed plumbers with experience. I decided that the work that needed to be done was not a major undertaking (like many of the people who had left reviews online had experienced) that would require a master plumber and that a handyman could probably take care of it. I then started researching these handyman companies and people in the area. I called Maintenance Pro's and got to talk with Brian. He was so nice, helpful, understanding and patient. Plus, now that the work has been completed, I know he is GREAT and did a wonderful job. He messaged me pics of under the sink/plumbing/pipes and what needed to be fixed and replaced and we spoke before I authorized for the work to be done. He then took care of that and ran some diagnostics on the washing machine. He quickly figured out that the only thing wrong with the washing machine was that, over the years, it had just collected a lot of dust/lint inside the mechanics and just needed to be taken apart and cleaned out so he did that. His prices were reasonable and he was very prompt. Plus, their hours are 7:00am to 9:00 pm so it was very convenient and I didn't have to pay someone else after hours fees. Lastly, I was able to pay the bill online which was very helpful as well. I'll definitely call him again if I have something wrong at this condo. Thanks so much, Brian!

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. All new parts were purchased for my job along with receipts, documentation, and 2 year warranty! Thank you

Nick with Platinum Plumbing is the best! The roofers nailed 2 nails into our main gas line. He fixed it in a timely, friendly manner and was very reasonable!! It's a relief to find an honest plumber!

I HIGHLY recommend All Complete Plumbing! They were so professional removing and installing a hot water heater! The ease of scheduling to completing the installation was a blessing. They responded to all my questions and made me feel at ease. Their honestly and feedback was well received. The installation was top notch. Extremely satisfied!!

Had a leak in our shower and they were able to come out within an hour's time. It was simply a faulty connector from the shower sprayer to the wall, making it appear as if the leak was coming from the ceiling. There was no charge for the visit, which we can repair with a new connector from Lowe's. Thank you AAA Auger Plumbing and especially the technician, David! You are awesome!!

Taylor and Kris were awesome. I needed my garbage disposal replaced and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. They called before coming out, showed up on time and had everything completed in under an hour. Great service and will definitely use ABC again

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

Lesson learned: Insist on a quote or range before asking Baker Bros. for a repair visit.
I have an existing gas connection on my patio and it needs a new shut off valve for connection to a new, natural gas bbq grill. I called Baker Bros. and was happy to pay $99 for a visit and quote. I already bought all the parts to connect the grill, except for the shut off valve, which were under $20 each at the store.
To their credit, Baker Bros. responded very quickly and their plumbers were very courteous. But the quote was $455. The new grill was $499. That was highway robbery. I talked them down but only to $306. I balked, paid the $99 and sent them on their way.
If you call them for service, insist on a quote or price range for what you need!

We have an issue with both of our showers, which for the past 6 days causes us to have to take a bath which I do not do. I am 52 and plopping down in a bath is not good for the bathtub or me!!! As a result, we phoned Ernie's Plumbing to set Appt and wife took off Thursday for 2-6pm Appt window (4 hrs of leave). After waiting the entire time, the dispatcher called and said sorry technician is on an all day job and won't be able to get there. My wife was completely upset but calmer heads prevailed and we decided to reschedule because we understand things happen. As a result, we rescheduled for Monday btw 1-5pm and I was coming in from out of town wanted to spend time with my Mom who was put in nursing home so went there for 45 minutes (only) so I could make sure and be able to drive from Carrollton to Arlington to meet the time window so we could make sure we had a shower. It was about 2:30 and I asked my wife to call to see if there was any update in status and she stated they told her don't worry we haven't forgotten about you, technician still on other job, will call back. At 3:40pm I received a call on my cell from the Ernie's Plumbing dispatcher and she said just wanted to follow up to make sure you knew we are still going to get there today, technician should be calling shortly. I stated ok thanks for calling. Then at 5:03pm, Cassandra the dispatcher called and said, technician is in an all day job and will be unable to show. I could not believe it!!! At least this time, they called to let us know they were no-showing didn't even get a call before. The only remedy offered in this situation was to reschedule, so obviously they could care less about my business. I would be completely ashamed if I ran a business this way and disrespected a customers time. To add insult to injury their commercial states, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OUR TOP PRIORITY!!! This is a deceptive business practice because even after speaking with Gen Mgr Randy Kilcrief) and Office Mgr Leesa Ruiz neither one offered a remedy to solve the issue and both showed no emotion for the situation and so definitely did not feel like a TOP PRIORITY. Rather I felt as though my family and I were the LAST priority and they could care less if they served us because they have plenty of business! I implore you THINK TWICE BEFORE SCHEDULING.
Maybe if people stop going here Randy, Leesa and Cassandra will consider their CUSTOMERS an actual TOO PRIORITY!!!
Btw was put on hold for 5 min so the dispatcher could tell me the GM's last name. I gathered by this they are quite a close knit group.
Never Again and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else! Just don't call so you aren't disappointed!
Sincerely,
Scott Marshall

I guess I have to respond to all your inaccuracies provided in your rambling response. I have not and will not scream at anyone in your office. I spoke to them and did not curse, did not raise my voice I talked to them as a person would when they have been treated wrongly and had their time disrespected. If they felt disrespected, I apologize but they just felt like my family did with the way we were treated by this company. Also, respectfully Sir if you had any professionalism like I did to talk to your folks by phone instead of hiding yourself behind your words like a Coward I could possibly respect you more, but the way you have decided to handle this situation is just the way your business operates. Obviously you didn't read my comment, but I will explain, I was out of town came back in to Love Field and went to see my MOM at a nursing home in CARROLLTON wanting to spend time with her, that is not 30 min away and I don't really have to tell you what I needed to do your business should NEVER no-show a customer back to back, that is the issue here and the fact you are trying to make me be the problem just says that CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS NOT AND WONT BE WITH YOUR ATTITUDE YOUR TOP PRIORITY! You have shown that to everyone that reads this just by what you wrote back to a dissatisfied customer. You didn't try to satisfy me you are trying to tell me how you are right and I should have used technology to solve my problems of time management. You seem like the guy that is always smartest in the room BUT unfortunately you don't have mine or my wife's schedule. Some people don't have jobs they can just leave on a whim whenever a call comes in or just Not Show up and it be excused. I can see though how you and your company (if you are the owner, never stated your title) would not be able to comprehend that by your actions.
Thanks for satisfying your customer even more!!

Hi, first time writing a review on Yelp, only because I have nowhere else to turn. My house had a problem with the sewer drainage from the house to the city sewer, and I called them to fix it. This was on May 11 of this year. They quoted me an extremely high price. I bargained them down and they said they would do it cheaper if I would pay cash, which is what I did. After doing part of the job they called and said it would be more because there was more to fix, which I paid. They pulled permits and when the city came to inspect they failed twice. I asked them what happened and they said it would require more to fix (including digging under the house) which I paid again. I am in about 15k to these guys. This was June 9th. Since then, I have been emailing/texting them about once a week with usually no response at all. Sometimes the guy will respond and say they'll take care of it but will not give me a date or time. It is now august 7 and there are still huge ditches in the front yard with multiple neighbor complaints. I have contacted the city of Arlington and they say the only thing I can do is complain with a certified letter. These plumbers were very responsive as long as I was paying them and then after they got all they wanted for payment they just ghosted me. As far as I know all they need to do is get an inspection to get the green tag and then fill in the holes which shouldn't take too long.
Horrible experience. I can post screenshots of all my texts back and forth where they ignored me for weeks and then texted back with saying they would fix but didn't. I have always paid on time completely within an hour of when they they sent invoice.
