Best Water Filter Services in Arlington TX
We recently had the pleasure of having Jeff help us with a major bathroom remodel. He was consistently on time, reasonable, and very knowledgeable. We had some high end European plumbing equipment that required special installation and he handled it like the pro that he is. This guy is the real deal and he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I can't say enough good things about him and the excellent job he did for us. He will ALWAYS be the first call I make for plumbing help now. Outstanding!

Called this morning and they were out by 9:15am. Within 45 minutes the job was done. Tech was friendly, professional and thorough. I highly recommend this company.

We called because my grandparents had an issue with their Guest House toilet. So we decided to call GP Plumbing they came on time they gave us an estimate that was accurate and we went ahead and agreed with the work and they wanted and they completed the work for us within a day. everything works great now and we couldn't be happier with the service that we were provided.

Excellent service! Adolf and Becky were knowledgeable, timely, and considerate when fixing a leak at our house. They were extremely professional and were able to locate the leak quickly. They did the job well and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend!

In my experience with less than stellar and reliable trades in Sedona, Kenny and his son Matt have restored my faith that there are still good, honest, reliable, hardworking folks that can get the job done right at a fair price.
They rerouted some unnecessary 90 degree turns on kitchen drain line to free up clog and also snaked and plunged the line. First visit for emergency drain clean and diagnostic was only $75. Work to reroute plumbing, drain clearing, install new sprayer nozzle $315. Very prompt and on-time. Also investigated a small booster system to get our pressure to where it should be.
Now if they only did electrical,, handyman, carpet cleaning, etc.!!!

A week and a half ago, we thought we had a clogged toilet but soon realized we had a bigger problem. It was already dark and after hours. I called Plumbco and instead of getting voicemail or an answering service (like with so many other plumbing companies), I was connected to their on-call plumber, which was so reassuring. He told us he would immediately put us on their schedule and they would come out that night. I can't tell you how reassuring that was. Omar kept his word and came and fixed the clog in the main line outside of our house. He then returned the next day to check things and to re-set 2 toilets, plus check some drains (additional work we needed to have done). I am so thankful for Plumbco and Omar for being available and for doing such a great job on both visits with excellence. We will recommend Plumbco to friends and family. The fact that you can actually talk to and schedule one of their plumbers after hours if you have an emergency is valuable.

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Requested a quote 6/12/22. The voicemail said they were out of office until 6/19/22, which I noted and was okay with. Today is 6/27/22 and have still not heard back. If you don't want the job consider calling potential clients back and tell them you decline, rather than leaving them waiting on your call.

Benjamin answered my request for a plumber to diagnose & fix an issue with our garbage disposal. I received many other responses. Most wanted an outrageous fee just to show up at the door OR offered a very low fee but wouldn't provide transparency in to hourly rates or ballpark estimates. Also many were days out on availability.
Benjamin came out on hours notice on a SUNDAY no service fee to show up & a very fair rate. He worked quick & all is fixed! I definitely recommend Benjamin & Righteous Plumbing And Construction

This company is great and Brian was very helpful. I had a leak under a bathroom sink and a stackable washer/dryer unit where the washer had just stopped working. I had called them to see what they'd charge to fix it and when they could do the work. I'd already checked with several plumbers and they were outrageously expensive. As a side note, as of Sept. 2019, plumbers in the State of Texas DO NOT have to have a license. Yes, that means technically anyone can represent themselves as a plumber and I really had no way of knowing which of the ones I called were just doing plumbing work (and were really handymen) or who were actual licensed plumbers with experience. I decided that the work that needed to be done was not a major undertaking (like many of the people who had left reviews online had experienced) that would require a master plumber and that a handyman could probably take care of it. I then started researching these handyman companies and people in the area. I called Maintenance Pro's and got to talk with Brian. He was so nice, helpful, understanding and patient. Plus, now that the work has been completed, I know he is GREAT and did a wonderful job. He messaged me pics of under the sink/plumbing/pipes and what needed to be fixed and replaced and we spoke before I authorized for the work to be done. He then took care of that and ran some diagnostics on the washing machine. He quickly figured out that the only thing wrong with the washing machine was that, over the years, it had just collected a lot of dust/lint inside the mechanics and just needed to be taken apart and cleaned out so he did that. His prices were reasonable and he was very prompt. Plus, their hours are 7:00am to 9:00 pm so it was very convenient and I didn't have to pay someone else after hours fees. Lastly, I was able to pay the bill online which was very helpful as well. I'll definitely call him again if I have something wrong at this condo. Thanks so much, Brian!

Awesome service ! Got my upstairs shower back working in 24 hours. I was pressed for time and needed this done asap before my vacation. My shower is fixed and also was recommended to fix some other things around my home to avoid any further issues. I will be working this company again to get these issues fixed next week. All new parts were purchased for my job along with receipts, documentation, and 2 year warranty! Thank you

This is the best plumbing company!!!! We were in desperate need of a plumber to install a new tankless heater. We had previously had two other plumbing companies out over the last two months that were incompetent. I contacted Brandi and she immediately handled the situation and was able to come the following morning. Nick (owner) and a master plumber came out with Rob and installed the new heater. It was a difficult job changing out and modifying the new gas line and piping. They were very professional, knowledgeable and very affordable. This is a family owned business and the service is unbelievable. Thank you again.

I chose AAA because of all the glowing reviews. Unfortunately I had a very different experience.
The good: easy to schedule on phone and they came on time. 2nd Tech did unclog the drain.
The bad: everything else. Most notably - a near-miss on contracting for very expensive, and totally unnecessary repairs.
I initially tried to schedule them via their web, but got no response. So after a couple of days, I called them, and was able to schedule service at that point. They came when they were supposed to. The tech got the auger out, and went to the cleanout on the side of the house. After struggling with it for a while, he decided that the auger cable was too big to make it through the turns in the pipe. So he got the small auger out of the truck, and ran it through. It wasn't long enough to reach the clog. He said we needed the MEDIUM auger, but he didn't have one. OK - these things happen. So he called, and arranged for another tech to come out later. The new tech brought out the medium auger a couple hours later. He cleared the drain, but nothing came back on the head that would indicate what caused the clog. He said the work was guaranteed for 6 months, but if they came back out, they'd recommend running a camera through the pipe to see what the real problem was. And they'd do that for half the normal fee of $380.
A week later, and the drain is blocked again. I call, get a tech scheduled, and again, he (Tech #2) comes on time. He runs the auger again to clear the clog, and then runs the camera into the drain. The camera is useless, as the display is solid black. He doesn't have another camera, so he calls in to have another tech bring by another camera. I wait about 45 minutes for the other tech to arrive, and they set up the new camera, and fish through the pipe. He goes in probably 15 feet or so, and says There's the problem! you've got a belly in the pipe. I ask him to explain, and he describes it as an area where the pipe has a low spot.
I asked why a low spot would cause a backup, since drain pipes commonly have traps (which are low spots by design). These don't generally cause backups, as long as there's higher pipe upstream, and lower pipe downstream. He made a weak attempt at explaining it. I said I didn't understand, and he said he didn't know how to explain it any better than that. I also pointed out that water WAS flowing through this belly. He fed the camera further, and came to a spot where the pipe cross-section was a bit narrower, and he declares THAT'S the problem. He tells me that my 50 year-old cast iron pipe has collapsed there, and that's why it keeps clogging.
He gets out the Locator which he moves around above ground, to detect exactly where the camera head was - and therefore where the pipe was bad. He says it's in the middle of our den floor, though he didn't seem to be able to find the exact location. And he was yelling over to the other tech at various times to move the camera in or out of the pipe a few feet here and there, or turn on the locator. After failing to get a good location, we go back out to the cleanout so he can make sure the other tech had things set right, we see that the camera display has a bunch of text displayed over the picture, and they had no idea why, or how to turn that off. So they fiddle with it, and eventually get that to go away.
By this time I'd had enough, as a result of the multiple problems with them having the wrong equipment, or bad equipment, or confusion on how to use the good equipment, compounded by his inability or unwillingness to explain what was going on. While I still expected at that point that I needed major repairs, I just didn't have confidence in AAA to do them, do them right, etc. So I calmly told him it was time to wrap things up. I'd pay them the $190 for this service call but then we were done. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from another plumber I'd worked with before. The tech apologized several times, and while that was nice, it didn't change my mind. He blamed it on the bad equipment they gave him, and I politely said I didn't care whose fault it was - it's all AAA. As he was leaving, he commented that some folks are hard to please, and then was obviously angry, slamming doors in his truck. I wondered then if my decision had cost him a commission (some plumbing companies pay their plumbers commission for sales).
The other plumber came out, used his camera (for less than the $190 half-price AAA fee), and said my pipes were fine. The narrowed areas are just where some sediment has built up. The clogs were due to the fact that we had installed a new (low-flow) toilet a few months ago. The low-flow toilet, coupled with using Charmin in old cast iron pipes (with lots of rough spots inside) commonly causes clogs. So the fix, rather than expensive tunneling under our slab and replacing pipes, is to change toilet paper to one that dissolves better.

Wasn't even able to get someone to come give an estimate. See the e-mail exchange below. After the last e-mail I sent (which says I can do today/Wed./Fri. at 4), I never heard back from the company. Just got ghosted. Terrible customer service. At the very, very least, I would expect some sort of reply to say, Unfortunately, we won't have anyone available on those days or times this week. Are you available for an estimate next week? Something to that effect. I'm not unrealistic - I don't expect them to magically be available if they really are not able to work with my schedule. But I do expect clear communication either way. This is how a seed is planted, one that ensures you'll lose business, especially if you make a habit of doing things like this. Best of luck.

Matthew was prompt and to the point. He was very informative about my situation and in one day had me scheduled for a huge project. His team had all of the eroded pipes under my house dug out and replaced in three days! They cleaned up the mounds of dirt as if they were never there.
I would highly recommend this company. They were higher priced but well worth it!!

Customer Service and Baker Bros. management contacted me almost immediately. We have talked for a little over a week and they made it right by extending the warranty back to one year as marketed by the tech and providing a partial refund for our troubles.
Baker Brothers actually is the upstanding company that I thought they were and I will recommend them to anyone.
THANKS!!!!

Hi, first time writing a review on Yelp, only because I have nowhere else to turn. My house had a problem with the sewer drainage from the house to the city sewer, and I called them to fix it. This was on May 11 of this year. They quoted me an extremely high price. I bargained them down and they said they would do it cheaper if I would pay cash, which is what I did. After doing part of the job they called and said it would be more because there was more to fix, which I paid. They pulled permits and when the city came to inspect they failed twice. I asked them what happened and they said it would require more to fix (including digging under the house) which I paid again. I am in about 15k to these guys. This was June 9th. Since then, I have been emailing/texting them about once a week with usually no response at all. Sometimes the guy will respond and say they'll take care of it but will not give me a date or time. It is now august 7 and there are still huge ditches in the front yard with multiple neighbor complaints. I have contacted the city of Arlington and they say the only thing I can do is complain with a certified letter. These plumbers were very responsive as long as I was paying them and then after they got all they wanted for payment they just ghosted me. As far as I know all they need to do is get an inspection to get the green tag and then fill in the holes which shouldn't take too long.
Horrible experience. I can post screenshots of all my texts back and forth where they ignored me for weeks and then texted back with saying they would fix but didn't. I have always paid on time completely within an hour of when they they sent invoice.
