We have used Tex Flex for various issues. Always responds promptly , and shows up in a timely manner! We have been extremely pleased with workmanship and charges! Would definitely recommend Tex Flex plumbing to others!

Stan came out and swapped out my garbage disposal quickly and it works perfectly. Took care of a few other things as well. Definitely would recommend working with him!

Overall, the work was good from what we can tell so far, but the communication on multiple levels could have been better. Also, fairly lengthy wait times for scheduling. That's why we took off one star.

Chris and Desirea were very helpful. It took little to no time for the repairs to my outdoor faucets that they were able to do same day.
I will continue to call ClearWater in the future!  Highly recommend. :)

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

I had called on a Friday evening around 630 pm to have a plumber come out due to our washing machine drain pipe overflowing and backing up into kitchen sink. I was told that the plumber had just been sent out but that he was near my location and would be sent over when he was finished. They could not provide an ETA which I was fine with considering plumber was on another job. 4 HOURS LATER no one had shown up so I tried to call them back and received a fax line. Needless to say no one ever showed up and I never received a phone call

I used them once a year ago and although not on time they seemed to do a good job.  This second time I called them and scheduled an appointment. I talked to the secretary three times requesting a quote and every time she assured me Mr D would call me back and be able to provide a quote to descale my tankless water heater.  That call never came.  One of his employees shows up at my house one morning. I was slightly surprised but showed him the job.  He proceeds to quote me a price twice what most of the other plumbers are charging and significantly higher than the year before when I had talked to Them about the job.  A waste of my time. If you're ok paying a premium and poor communication this company might be for you

This company is a God's send. William Sides has saved me many times from a water leak, busted hot water heater, put in a new dishwasher and 2 leaks in my slab. He explains everything up front and gives you the cost. After the work is done, it's always cleaned up.
He does not take advantage of the women that doesn't know how to fix things.

Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

Negative Stars! These contractors damaged the bottom of my toilet. The toilet looks like it has feces sitting in the bottom They said it just needed brushing. Lie! They came back because I complained to Home Warranty company and their company.  My husband kept his distance because he has underlying medical issues and he assumed they were fixing the problem. No, they painted the inside of the toilet. My husband thought they brushed it because that is what they said it needed. When I got home, I looked at the toilet and I could tell it had been painted. The paint is now peeling and the feces looking marks are still there. Now it looks worse!! Please don't use these contractors. They had to be called out 4 times to my house for the initial issue and then they created a new issue. Don't waste your time or money!!

The service seems fine ... but try to discontinue the automatic charges for your home maintenance. I've experienced more friendly people at the driver's license renewal.  

Aunt ended up in the hospital with a stroke and we had to move her. Williams Home Maintenance is insisting on charging her for 60 more days of service because that is what the contract says.  Told me it takes 60 days to stop the contract. Are you kidding me?!!!??!!  You are going to gouge people out of another $80 ($40 for 2 months) even though they aren't in the home anymore. Way to go, Williams Home Maintenance.

Had a plumbing emergency at night- washing machine flooded and the taps were stuck, so we had to shut down the whole house's water.  We had a terminally ill person there that needed functional plumbing fast so we had to get help asap and were willing to pay emergency rates for it.  These people answered and responded fine initially, and said they were coming but then nothing- never showed up and stopped responding.  24 hour plumbers my ass- this company is nothing but lying trash.  We scrambled to find a diff plumber fast but these morons had wasted so much of our time we had to transport the sick person to a relative's house.  He's passed now God bless him, and I hope he haunts these idiots.  Also filing a complaint here: tsbpe.texas.gov/file-a-c…
