I had wiped my laptop clean and idk what happened that it was no longer working, I was unable to fix it for months. John was able to fix my laptop VERY quickly and at a great price. I would recommend him to anybody!

I needed a handyman and couldn't find anyone. I ended up finding  Jason and he immediately responded. He came out immediately and gave me quotes on my jobs. His prices were fair and he showed up on time and did excellent work. Couldn't be happier with his services. He dug out and leveled a 13ft x 13ft area for me, laid pavers and built a greenhouse I had purchased. He also repaired / rebuilt  my gate. Removed several small trees. Several other odd jobs in the house such as fixing leaks etc. Jason is fair priced and trustworthy. If he cannot do a job he will tell you. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. All in all I would give Jason a 10/10 and will be using him  in the future.

He is a dishonest man! Over charged me and damaged my sprinkler pipe without taking care of damage charges! Horrible experience with him!!!!

Called Mike for a last minute TV wall mount installation.
He was very responsive and was able to accommodate on the same day.

I needed a dog door installed.  Contacted Fixpectation, and they were able to get it installed right away and for a great price. I intend to call them for all of my handyman needs. They even tightened a loose door knob!

The service was good they were really respectful and caring about my walls making sure they cleaned up

Richard response quickly and gave a fair price.  I contacted Richard late Thursday night about putting our awning up.  Richard responded first thing Friday morning and had the awning up Saturday before noon.  Richard was professional, courtesy and was in constant communication with me.  I would hire him again in a second for any job i need help with.  Thanks for everything Richard.

We needed work done to our house so that we could put it on the market, we had contacted other painters and everyone else could not get the jobs done in time. Modern Home Renovations was very quick to start the process on our house and get the work started. We had several walls painted, base boards, door jams and some tile work done. They were able to finish everything quickly and in time for us to list our home. They were professional and friendly, they did an amazing job and reasonably priced. They also did a good job of cleaning everything and left our house looking great. I would highly recommend them and will be calling to use them for projects in our future home.

Daniel saved the day for us. We had several wood repairs (deck and house) that needed to be done quickly to sell our house. He worked us quickly into his schedule, got everything taken care of, and kept us informed every step of the way.  He also made a special effort to be there to meet with the inspector and realtor. We found him to be very honest, dependable, and good at what he does. Highly recommend!

Had an issue with the kitchen sinks draining slowly so I called A Reliable Plumbing based on a personal recommendation. They are open 24 hours so someone took my call yesterday after 6:30pm. They were upfront about service fees and had two people out to the house this morning exactly when told. Both gentlemen wore face masks the entire time as did we. Very professional and efficient. They had to access the drain cleanout from the roof so it was extra but I was told of that in advance. Everything is running well! I'd definitely use them again.

Gave benefit of doubt. And read a few reviews that stated he took for ever to call or contact people back. He never did. I completely understand Covid and labor shortages and the times. But it's been over a month since reaching out. No contact. If that's a business's way of doing business I want nothing to do with it. Too bad as I have a lot of plumbing projects. Maybe their excellent but I don't know and won't.

And side note speaking of Yelp and dirty. This business has review stating he didn't respond. Amazingly it's gone. Only two reviews. Now that's dirty Yelp.

Update see owners response. I may not updated my location but I live in Springville CA and own there. If he actually read request he would read my location. But again proving my review's point. Unprofessional and unprofessional response. Note he didn't respond to request for work but did on a review within an hour. Go figure. And BS on Yelp this that accusations. No idea what he's talking about and don't care. He clearly doesn't care and is delusional. Sad pathetic. Wish I could give -5 star. Not worth another word or minute of my time.

And part of a business is responding to potential customers. But you clearly don't understand that.
