Thank you, Armando, for your prompt, and effective service! We have been experiencing some plumbing problems, which we thought had been resolved but to our dismay had not.  Roto Rooter came to the rescue. Armando was cheerful, had a great attitude, was definitely interested is getting the problem resolved. There is more work to be done but getting us to a safe place (i.e., no more poopy water in the shower) was HUGE and we greatly appreciate it!

I needed a dog door installed.  Contacted Fixpectation, and they were able to get it installed right away and for a great price. I intend to call them for all of my handyman needs. They even tightened a loose door knob!

Although he fixed the problem, he recommended that a part needs to be checked soon and he explained the problem now and a problem to come soon if we don't change the part.

The best out there! I have had Modern Home Renovations perform multiple repairs and installations in our home. Every time they have shown up when they said they would, been very courteous and friendly with fair prices. I will no doubt use them again for future projects. I can't recommend highly enough!

I will never use Roto Rooter again! The man who came out to clear our pipes of roots tried to tell us we had a major problem with our pipes and that we had to wait for a manager to discuss replacing them for ~$7000. That was code for wait 2 hours for someone to come and try to upsell us something we didn't need. On top of that, they didn't adequately clear the pipes of roots and charged way too much. Also would not guarantee their work. We ended up calling another plumber out who did a much better job for considerably less money and said our pipes were fine.
