Schrader Plumbing is the absolute best!   We called with an emergency plumbing issue and they were able to schedule in and get to us the same day. He is an excellent and trustworthy plumber.  I will only use Schrader Plumbing for now on!

Had to call ABC for an after hours call on a Sunday night when we had a major sewage backup. Steven responded and was at out house in under an hour. Due to the nature of the backup someone else needed to come out the next day. Taylor cleared us the rest of the way out Iike a boss! Both guys were professional, honest and completely transparent about the cost of the service they were providing prior to their work. Their costs were fair and they did a very good job. As far as I am concerned, they are the only plumber I will use and recommend from here on out.

My plumber threw a fit cause he couldn't fix the toilet. Then I asked him what's wrong? then he yelled nothing's wrong! as he smacked my phone right out of my hand.

Great company, I highly recommend! Had a shower head that broke and wouldn't shut off, they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed in 30 minutes. I'll definitely call them again with any other issues.

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

We got kitchen drain stoppage, found out by the team that it was because of the grease build-up. Bryson and his coworker came out as soon as possible and got it fixed at a reasonable cost. He doesn't hesitate to share what they did to resolve and tips on keeping it trouble free. This business is also one of the plumbing businesses without service trip charge add-on like a few plumbing places I contacted, just the charge for what they do.

We called AugerPros because we had a blockage in a bathroom sink, gurgling sounds, and standing water in our front yard near a tree along the path of our underground sewer pipe. I assumed we had a sewer pipe blockage and break.

At my request Chance Roberson, a master plumber with 25 years experience, ran a camera through the sewer line to the street and into the house and found everything clear, and no breaks in the pipe. He then went to the sink and saw that we had a condensate line from our attic AC units tied into that sink's drain.

He quickly removed the p-trap and saw the gross organic plug that had built up in that condensate line that had flowed into the sink drain and blocked it. He then snaked out that pipe to make sure there was nothing more that could clog the drain.

Chance then offered suggestions how we can avoid future blockages from forming in all our sinks and the condensate line.

We then returned to the front yard where he assessed the situation and determined the leak was in a sprinkler line that split off the main water line in mid yard. He showed me how to shut off the water for that line without affecting waterflow to the house, and recommended a sprinkler repair company that he personally has used.

He kept me informed at each step of the process, letting me know what next steps would be and their cost to complete. He and his helper were professional, polite, and clean. I couldn't be happier with our experience.

We recently moved back to Texas and purchased a house in Frisco. They completed a project that we were dreading because they needed to jackhammer the foundation in our office, dig down into the ground and replace a sewer line.  They completed the task in an unbelievably short time and restored the foundation perfectly.  No one could tell it had ever been disturbed.  Jeremy and Mitchell did a stellar job....we couldn't be happier!  I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking a wonderful plumbing experience!

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I used the email service on a Friday night to set up an appointment Saturday morning. Easy to set up and received a call in the am with a time to expect the plumber.

I needed to replace the water outlet behind the fridge. BillyGo was the only provider available to take care of the leak before it caused even more damage. I don't have a solid grasp of rates on plumbing jobs but I have a strong sense that I have over paid for the service.
Other than this, I am satisfied with the titimelineslynes, responsiveness and quality of work done.

These guys were fantastic! We had an issue with water temperature in just one faucet in the house. They scheduled us quickly, showed up on time, and were super friendly. They got us taken care of promptly, couldn't recommend them enough!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I'd like to add my accolades to these folks. Had to have the two hot water heaters replaced in my attic after one failed after nine years of service.  Guess that's about their lifespan in Texas. Got several quotes and believe me when I say these guys came in thousands less than the big name guys around town. They installed the same equipment in a timely  and professional manner. I learned that these are the only folks I'll call for my future plumbing needs!!  My highest recommendation!

I have been ripped off by plumbers working for big companies who emphasize upselling and not helping people with repairs. Jaime (the Plumbing Force) is honest, skilled and just plain great. He is very busy because he is so good and honest. I don't care how long I have to wait for an appointment. We have been ripped off by Delta1 and ARS both in the last 6 months. Never again will I call a big company that force the plumbers to make sales quotas.
