These guys are great. Fair prices, quick service, and everyone I've dealt with at the company has been incredibly professional, friendly and honest. I had an emergency leak on a Saturday evening and they were able to get to me within an hour, stop the leak and were back to finish the permanent fix within a few days at a price far below what I expected given the amount of work needed. I have an old house with old pipes, so when things go wrong the fixes can get expensive fast, but their quotes are always fair, they never try to upsell me, and they always thoroughly explain all of our options. I'm so glad I found this company, and I highly recommend them.

Felt like I was overcharged for what I got. Was told an office manager would call me but never heard anything.

I can't believe I had anyone else come fix my pluming before. I needed a hot water heater and Jill came out and was able to have the whole project complete in a few hours. Everything was clean very easy to deal with. Wil defiantly call again for any issue!!!

I had to have major work on my wash out.  There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off.  Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera.  The price was very reasonable and they did quick work.  I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

We bought a new home and found it took almost forever for hot water to get across the house. The house previously had a foundation leak and I was concerned a new re-circ hot water pump would stress the pipes again. Bobby came out and suggested a smart plug that would learn our routines. He completely rerouted the circulation of the hot water and added a re-circ pump and expansion tank... I spoke w 2 other companies, but no one observerved the situation more comprehensively than Bobby. I felt he really listened to my concerns and explained his thoughts thorougly. The bid was reasonable. Work was professionally done (without shortcuts). I think I just found my new go to plumber!

Thank you Kenny's Plumbing!  We now live in Chino Valley, Az., and have had water pressure problems for a year now.  The homeowner warranty company has been sending a plumbing company that has been to our house 3 times and the problem does not go away by replacing the pressure valve, and that plumber said he would not come back!  

Kenny's Plumbing came out today and diagnosed the problem to be the expansion tank and even moved it to the other side of the water heater, bad installation 13 years ago!  Most of the pipes and fittings were on their last legs and they replaced all of them.

Excellent service call to get bathroom sink draining like new.  Also gave great advice on getting rid of musty smell coming from drain lines.  Best part was reasonable price to auger line and ensuring problem was fixed.  Plus perfectly on time when said they would be there.  Chance was my service tech.  Have their business cards in case wife needs to call for plumbing problems when I can't fix.

Shown up within half hour after I initially called and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend.

Called midday Saturday to have urgent repairs made to my broken water main. They arrived within an hour, charged 79 for coming out, confirmed the repairs to be made as well as the price they wanted to charge (fair and reasonable in our opinion) we agreed and the work was completed with an hour or so. Very polite no BS and trustworthy. 5 Star service. Will use for any future plumbing needs.

Do Not Hire!! I hired LSP for two large (multi $k) jobs, the latest one in 2021. LSP was to fix a sewage line leak and they CUT A HOLE THROUGH OUR SLAB IN THE WRONG LOCATION.  Not once did the owner, Larry, or any of his employees apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake (or reassure us the mistake would be corrected).  In fact, when Larry came to the house on day 3 (was supposed to be a 1 day job), his comment was that we slipped through the cracks when the job was scheduled, that the job should have cost several hundreds of $ more due to the change in PVC cost since our quote (PVC cost has nothing to do with the fact that your guys cut a hole in the WRONG SPOT). The issues with this company stem from the top, from an arrogant, belittling, unapologetic owner.  The first job was also a total nightmare - we thought it was an isolated incident due to an employee who no longer works there. Clearly I was wrong and foolish to use LSP a second time.  LSP fixed the issues they caused on both jobs but both experiences were total nightmares due to the jobs taking 2-4x the amount of days quoted, major mistakes both times, and the rude attitude of the owner.

Got here on time. Spent a lot of time sourcing the problem. Jeff is very professional and I felt comfortable having him go around the house.  He was nice to our dog too, lol. I would call him again if we ever needed to (although I would much prefer to not have any plumbing issues).

Absolutely the best plumber I've met. Reliable, clean, honest, and my new forever plumber live oak plumbing is #1 in my opinion. I will always recommend live oak plumbing and dons expertise to everyone.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. On price, on time, and on point.  Pool pump went out, I purchased a new one and didn't have the time to install.  Called Pool Logistics and they were out here in two days.  Had me up an running with a great price, quality work, and great timing.

This is hands down one of the best home repair experiences I've had. And who said plumbers aren't nice? Seriously, these guys are friendly, courteous, and know their stuff. In fact, it was a home inspection that revealed a leaky kitchen faucet. Anything Plumbing saved the day with their cute little shop truck! Affordable, knowledgable, and wonderful. Owned by an upstanding guy who always gets the job done. We've had to have a bunch of things done for multiple houses and Condy always follows through. He's honest and knows his stuff!

Update on last review-Clearwater was able to contract with DryZone in Irving to remove mold & repair dry wall. The work was done on time and no additional costs were added. Corey, Rebecca and Victor followed up and wanted to confirm our home is safe. The more experienced senior staff is best to work with (Matt) and when in doubt a service rep can always come out to double check any work before finalizing payment or approval. We appreciate being able to resolve this matter directly with ClearWater and the diligence that was shown to provide a quality finished product.
