Best Water Conditioner Repair in Fort Worth TX

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. We had a bit of an emergency and ended up contacting Icon Plumbing after the home warranty plumbing company failed to show up twice. Condy and Ryan were both amazing!!!! Condy stayed late the 1st night ensuring everything he could do was completed for the night and Ryan went above and beyond coming out several times the next day to complete the repairs and ensure everything was working correctly. We ran into a bit of a glitch (not plumbing related), Ryan made sure we had a plan for getting someone out the next day to repair our other problem and did not leave until he was sure there was no safety issues. We will definitely use them in the future with no hesitation. Highly recommend!!!

Toilets out! Who does that?! People no feminine products, flushable wipes, or paper! Don't don't do that! Ridiculous.... Thankfully these gentlemen come out were able to be informative to our source of the problem. Thank you again

Had some work done by a foundation company.  This company contracted with BillyGO to come out once all work was complete to ensure there was no plumbing issue caused by foundation repair.  A BillyGO rep comes out, does his thing without any tools or equipment only running water and doing a visual inspection.  After about 45 minutes he  tells me there is a disconnect and presents me a $2,500 proposal to locate the problem, and says once that's done he could give me a price to fix it.    I took his proposal, and told him I'd get back with him.  I then called another plumber  (I used before) told them what I needed. They came out with a snake camera and did a complete inspection of my pipes finding NO DISCONNECT.  This plumber charged me $316.00 for the inspection and to tell me there was no problem and provided me with a video copy of the inspection.   LETS JUST SAY BEWARE!

Our hot water heater died last night and we called Pure Plumbing since they are one of the few places open after hours. Jacob picked up right away and was at our house within a couple hours. He was friendly, helpful, not sales-y, not rushed, and explained everything to us well. He was even available to replace our water heater the same night (late!) but we had him come this morning. He was reliable and did a great job. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends!
