I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I can do nothing but rave about the great service from Big Bear Air and Heating I received today.  My fifteen year old system stopped working yesterday in this 99 degree heat.  I sent an email request late last night and received a call from them at 7:30 this morning to put me on the standby schedule.  At around 9:00 I received a call asking if I was available in 10 minutes and I was thrilled.  Diel arrived shortly afterwards and was fantastic.  He checked the system and explained everything to me.  He was able to get it up and running in 20 minutes and I am a happy camper.  I can't recommend this great company enough.  If you're looking for an honest AC repair then call Big Bear!
