I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. My front yard was flooded  I knew it was my sprinkler system because the water was coming from it. A and j came foxes it in 1 hours for so low that we had them trim our trees and fix the spout out side, it has been broken for over a year, if I knew it would be that easy and affordable I would have called them sooner. I will use their services in the future again if needed.if

I am super impressed by Sy and his outstanding customer service. I had a service issue and I'm happy to tell you that he went above and beyond to insure my complete satisfaction with the glass replacement of my front door. When I placed the initial call early Friday morning, they were able to slide me into the schedule and secure the door so there was at least peace of mind and when they couldn't get back when they said, Sy personally called me and made things right.

Needed an outside faucet changed out that broke during the freeze at our rental house. Water was not leaking so this was not an emergency. Set an appointment for 4-6 so the renter can be there. They showed up at 2 and sent an estimate. I though if we had the work done the $69 would be removed from the total cost like everywhere else does. It was a $69 diagnose fee when the problem was known, $421 for the faucet, and $171 to cut a small hole in the Sheetrock. $661 to fix the faucet. Call around first because $171 to cut a small hole in your wall is a rip off. The tech was nice and got the job done and documented everything but I can't recommend the company. If you do choose to use them save yourself the money and knock a hole in the wall yourself.

Positive: quick. I called when our water main was shut off as a result of a PVC fitting breaking in the irrigation system. Being new to the area, I called several plumbers and CTX answered and agreed to come out that day. They arrived earlier than the timeframe expected, and the job took them 30 minutes or less to complete.

Negative: I received several return calls from plumbers who could have showed up later, but I waved them off as CTX answered first. When they arrived and looked at the damage, the price tag was $350. After continuing to receive plumbing calls, it sounds like this was significantly more than I would have payed had I waited a bit and asked about prices (in fact I send a photo of the broken fitting to one of the return calls and the rate was going to be significantly cheaper - although to be fair, that is easy to say after the fact).

Bottom line, very quick and courteous/friendly service, but the price was more than I should have paid. When I first heard the number, I was a bit shocked, but agreed to pay since they showed up. I will likely shop around a bit more (or exercise some patience) next time. To be fair, I'll attempt to upload a photo of the before/after work in case I am way off base.

Every person is 100% commission sales based. They will lie to you and up sale everything. Their training is it's okay to lie to the customer to get a sale. It's just a shame to have no integrity.

Mark was out within two hours of calling Comfort Experts to ask for an appointment. I ran down what items I had already ruled out and he quickly diagnosed my transformer was out and replaced the part he had on hand for the job. Honest price and service and I won't hesitate to call them again.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
