I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Could get my sprinkler system to work proper , we called 2 other places and they couldn't fix the problem. A and j unlimited found and fixed the problem in a day and half for a very reasonable price and now our sprinkler system and fountain work on schedule and like new. Thanks guys

Called these guys to connect a gas dryer and, possibly, recess the gas valve. What I got was an explanation of how complicated it would be, reasons why they couldn't do certain things, etc and a $650 quote. Just to connect it and not modify it would be $300 or more.
A local plumber just left and did everything I asked for $125 in 45 minutes. I was so happy I tipped $25 more. Tioga is clearly out to stick it to their customers with outrageous prices.

It's been a crazy week with freezing temperatures and I had a busted pipe that was discovered on Tuesday. They had a cancellation and were able to get out there first thing this morning. They were in an out in about an hour. Reasonably priced and very professional. Great people. Richard Tenpenny and his crew are incredible.

Not trying to rip you off when you call them but they try and make sure that either you don't get charged extra by whoever is inspecting the place or if you are just cleaning your place up, they make sure you get your money's worth.

I have used A#1 Air for the three years I've lived in Dallas thus far. This company has always been reliable, courteous, and professional. They always call ahead with follow-up and ETA. The work is always thorough and complete. I've used them for A/C and Heat, plumbing, electrical, and security. I appreciate that it's a one-stop shop for these various needs. I use all their service offerings because I know the serve I get will be exceptional. Yesterday I had a new water heater installed by Jeff L. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs!

I had my units serviced by this company after moving into my home less than a year at which point I had a complete inspection done on AC. I wanted to make sure it was ready for Summer. The technician serviced both units and said everything checked out great. around 3 weeks later I woke up on Mothers Day to find my ceiling wet and water dripping from a clogged AC line. I contacted the company and was told the original tech didn't work there and they'd send someone out. Once the new technician came he said in fact I had a clogged line, I asked him if it was checked on the previous service call and he said it's part of the inspection but wasn't noted on the form and only the other AC unit was noted the line wasn't clogged. I reached out to the manager and he basically said it wasn't their fault and took NO accountability for it. They said since they didn't install the unit it wasn't their fault and charged me $280 To clear the line!! I tried to reach out again and left a message for the customer service manager and no response. Now I have a damaged ceiling and thought I did everything to prevent this and still have to pay. would NOT recommend this company AT ALL.

Mark was out within two hours of calling Comfort Experts to ask for an appointment. I ran down what items I had already ruled out and he quickly diagnosed my transformer was out and replaced the part he had on hand for the job. Honest price and service and I won't hesitate to call them again.

I hired Hiho Handyman for painting, flooring and lighting in my kitchen and bathroom and was very satisfied.  They exceeded my expectations in every way and cleaned up after they were finished.    This is an honest, five star company.  I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.
