Best Kitchen Remodeling in Fort Worth TX
I had to have major work on my wash out. There were roots growing into my line and the connections were off. Stram was great and walked me through it all showing me everything on his camera. The price was very reasonable and they did quick work. I'm very thankful to their professionalism and work quality as I was in a tough spot.

When our issue low water pressure escalated into no water pressure, they came same day. Friendly and provided very good service. Also gave recommendations for items needing replacement within the next year or so.

Outstanding quality work, we had a clog in the main septic line that was causing the upstairs bath to not drain, Tiho came right out, diagnosed the issue and just left after taking care of the issue..I would recommend Tiho Plumbing to anyone with plumbing issues...

Did a complete bathroom remodel. Miguel came out and gave a free estimate with a timeframe to complete the entire project. Not only was the estimate a great price, he finished on time and the finished product was everything we wanted and more! Very friendly and answered every question that I had. Highly recommend for any projects you have. Will be using him again for future projects.

One star is being generous,I called these people and asked ahead of time about cost and they clearly stated that they would come out first and give a quote.I explained that the light went out 3x and that I had to re light, all they did was come out and re light it again and charged me $145.I then called the owner and explained the miscommunication and she got irrate with me and then hung up saying that there was something wrong with me and that she had a bigger buisness to deal with.Bottom line have either the service tech go over the service call price or have the customer service or owner in this situation go over the service call price, not make it seem like they would quote first. My water heater is still not working and im $145 in the hole for something I already knew and explained so not only did they cheat me but they insulted my intelligence...edit:So they came back later and they took advantage of my 80 year old landlord and instead of selling him a new burner they pushed him into buying a whole new unit when it was not needed.elderly abuse imo

After the thaw after the hard freeze, Feb., 2023, we noticed saturated ground outside our house. The first plumber sent a man who spoke almost no English, refused to answer questions, and charged me $80. I called Bill Blankenship. He came out almost immediately with a helper. They decided that there was 2 - 3 leaks under the slab. We decided that the saturated ground froze, expanded, and pinched the pipe under the slab. I could have them tunnel to the leak(s), or have the house re-plumbed with plastic but at a higher cost. I decided to have it re-plumbed. The USAA adjuster agreed with the price, the workers were courteous and competent, and repairs were made to all of the holes made in the sheetrock. Also, he replaced 2 toilets and checked on his help every few hours and inspected their work. He was courteous and gave me advice about the work being done. It was a large project, and I was only out the deductible on my policy.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
