Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. We called at 9am with the problem and by 3pm our problem was fixed 100%. We've had a non working toilet for over a year and just like that Jeff diagnosed and fixed it. Turns out we had a screwdriver inside and he worked very hard to get it out. 100% satisfied

Had an upstairs toilet that wouldn't flush properly.  This was in our house that is less than 2 years old.  Called a couple of big name companies that both said we needed to replace the toilet, and it would be anywhere from $400-$600. Didn't seem to me that a practically new toilet would go bad that quickly, so gave Northwest Plumbing a try and they determined something was stuck in the drain.  They had the toilet off, stuck item removed, and toilet back on in about 30 minutes.  $130 for all of it and toilet works great now.   Would highly recommend these guys!

Tiho from Tiho Plumbing is absolutely wonderful! He is very professional and does an outstanding job.  My husband and I have used other plumbers in the past and they have not compared to Tiho. We are very pleased with his work, punctuality, and honesty. He is definitely our plumber and I highly recommend him.

After 48 hours of no power, we then had 2 major pipes break which lead to water pouring from the ceiling in three different rooms in our house. We frantically searched for a good plumber to help and KMP literally saved the day and our house.

KMP was incredible from start to finish. The office was extremely nice and helpful and though they had to book us a few days out due to the overload from the storm, they promised if there were any cancellations they would get us in as soon as they could. They were AMAZING and got to us within 24 hours. John came to our rescue and, after assessing the situation, called in his two teammates Zach and Devon. All 3 of these guys were extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us fix our situation. We could not have had a better experience - especially during such a stressful time. Kirk air-conditioning messed up on repairing my AC unit recently. These guys did it right the first time. Thumbs up.
