Best Electrical Services in Fort Wayne IN
A while back I called A&A Mechanical to service my Generac generator. I called Generac directly as the home I bought this year came with a large generator. I have never had a generator before and didn't know what needed to be done on it. They gave me a list of companies that service their generators near my home, and A&A was a company within my town. I called and scheduled an appointment with them in a few days. What was great was that I found out from them, that they used to service the generator for the old owner of my house.
They came, performed service on the generator and set it up so I get it serviced once a year. Technician was friendly and explained to me how my generator worked, how it would test the system every week, pretty much gave me a lot of useful info. I am very glad I did get it service because two weeks later, my area lost power for an entire day. Seems some squirrel(s) messed around a nearby electrical substation. Immediately my generator kicked in... and it's an amazing generator powered my entire home! I so could have used this when I lived in Miami during hurricane season! If I didn't get it serviced, I would have been without power and I would have lost a stand alone freezer and a refrigerators worth of food... so I saved a lot of money!
If you have a generator, get regular service.... and get it from A&A!
Seems also per the website they also do work in plumbing, heating and A/C... so something to keep in mind too.

Wonderful company! I can't say enough about them! I needed a water heater replaced and they worked with me to get it done in a timely manner. The customer service was prompt, friendly, and very informative! I couldn't be there for there for the work but my sister said they wore masks and were very friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend them!!

I'll gladly be the first to review. And this is wild, since I am not the type to write reviews, this is special. I have now used PCS to help me through four projects, which were beyond my DIY abilities. I am so thankful I found a company with professional staff, dependable services, and able and willing to help you through the process of turning an idea into an actual functional reality. No matter your creativity, PCS is there to guide you through your various options, and is honest about what materials, designs, processes, etc. will be best in the long run, and explaining why. The coolest part is they don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. PCS is just reliable, while being easy going and approachable. Thanks to PCS, my family has an expanded outdoor poured concrete patio, trendy new decorative indoor accent walls, a massive built-in entertainment center, the coolest loft-built in bed, and even more. This company literally does it all, electrical, framing, concrete, painting, finishing, demolition. PCS has the right tools, and technologies to get the job done, efficiently and PCS has earned my loyalty, no matter the indoor or outdoor project. Highly recommended.

I have used them twice.
I had them install a sub panel in my basement. The electrician did a good job with it. I am not sure if there is a cheaper electrician that also does good work, but I was happy with them. Of note when I got a quote, I was told that they were going to pull the permits for this work. While the electrician was working, I asked about the permit and he said that a permit was not needed. I think he is wrong.
I also had them hang a 5' by 4' Condensation hood in my basement home brewery. In addition to that they had to hang a fan and attach ducting and core through 10 of concrete for the dryer style duct out of the basement. They did a great job and stuck to the quoted price even though coring through 10 was not in the original plan (they thought they would be going through wood). The group of guys they sent out were very professional and knowledge about the task they were doing. Again not sure if they are the cheapest for the job, but you pay for what you get and I paid for full satisfaction.

Terrible customer service and deceptive practices. We had a toilet leaking on a weekend and Korte sent a tech to fix it - basically changed out the shut-off valve at the wall as well as the float/flapper inside the toilet tank. They charged me nearly $1,300.00 to fix this toilet (and an additional toilet in our basement). A week later, the toilet upstairs overflowed continuously after flushing until my wife could turn off the water main in our basement, causing massive water damage to our home. Korte sent a second tech who said the toilet was clogged by functioning normally. I have had two other plumbers assess the situation and said there is absolutely no reason a clogged toilet would overflow and run continuously if the tank components were installed and functioning correctly. Korte refuses to refund our money or consider paying our deductible. If you have plumbing issues - GO WITH SUMMERS PLUMBING AND HVAC. They came and installed four brand-new toilets for nearly the same price as Korte charged to fix our toilet. I have now turned the entire situation over to our homeowner's and I hope their lawyers make Korte pay every penny of the repairs. Will never have them touch anything in our home again. I only gave them a single start because I had to to post the review.

This place is a joke there technicians are not properly trained, twice we had to have them come out to our new construction house that they worked on and they were contracted by LANCIA homes which they are a joke too, they forgot to put rubber gaskets on our tub drains, the first time water started leaking through our ceiling in our laundry room we had to have a small area of drywall replaced,we thought that was the last we would have seen of them but guess what, they forgot the same gasket for our drain in our other tub, well the tub was completely full and it decided to let go it completely ruined our kitchen ceiling and part of our wall everything had to be drywall again there was other things about them but I think u get the idea about this company I would give them zero stars if I could.YOU have been warned about LANCIA HOMES and J.O. MORY.

Installed on-demand water heater but charged extra to have electric ran to the unit. Replaced CPVC of house to water heater, shower, toilet, bath sink, and kit. sink, afterwards many of the fittings leaked. Got another estimate to finish work and repair leaks, cost was $1800.00. Workers left several items in crawl space which another plumber found. Called for them to pick up items but took three weeks for them to show up and when they did they accused us of stealing several items. We also called on several occasions to try and resolve problems only to be yelled at continually. Had them hang some dry wall and was unhappy with the result because there were several bubbles under tape and it took me two hours to sand down. They also accused me of sanding down their work too soon but if you will notice in the pictures that was far from the truth. They sent a bill that stated NET 30 on the invoice only to demand the bill be paid quicker or they were going to add 30% to the amount owed. This business is deceitful, liars, and rude.
