Best A/C Repair in El Paso TX

Real quick to come and fix the issue I've had for a couple days. They showed up and got to work, finished in less then 30 minutes very friendly and responsible. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Quick arrival, came a couple of hours early, which was no problem with me. Cesar and his co-workers were friendly, professional, and immediately knew what they were dealing with. I told them what was wrong, and they went ahead and quickly fixed the problem, and what they charged was very reasonable, and gave me a first-responder's discount, to boot!! These guys are great, and if I need them again, I'll be calling them!! Thanks!!

I am so very happy I stopped fiddling with other irrigation guys and finally contacted The Sprinkler Guy. What a phenomenal job they did for me. Arrived on time, went immediately to work identifying the problem(s). Gave me costs as they went along and then tested and checked their work. Thank you ever so much to this local business. Give them a call if you require sprinkler assistance. You won't regret it.

Everything they touched had to be repaired again, paid for a PLUMBER, then they sent his SON, area he worked on still functioning poorly. My luck with this company marginal at BEST!

Didn't show up when they said they would.  I called them, no answer.  Called again, no answer.  After waiting, I left my house.  When the technician finally showed up, I told him I went back to work.  Then, their receptionist called me and yelled at me for not waiting for them since they had a commercial job they worked overnight.... Their work could be good, no idea.  But their customer service is horrible

Had a plumber come out they didn't give me a quote over the phone for a leaking shower faucet said the plumber would give me a quote.  They came out and I asked him to give me a estimate before he started any work. He quoted me $239.00 !!!!!!!! Total rip-off !  The next day I went to Lowe's and priced the part its a Delta cartridge that only needs to be replaced the part is $39.99 !!  I called a handy man that replaced it and it only took him 15minutes.  The plumber told me it would take 4 HOURS!

Booking through Home Depot just made them show up, guess it's part of their contract. Stated they were going to order the parts ($1400) and they will arrive in about 3 weeks to repair my AC. In the meantime they were going to get a sales person to maybe get an upgrade unit as it might've been faster. 60 days later, no follow up, no sales person, but they definitely took those $100 on the spot for checking out the Unit. DO NOT recommend; maybe others had a great experience with SunTech but as for myself I suppose following through is too difficult.
