We have been in business since 1973, certified, insured and bonded, we warranty all our work. We have been family owned and support our local community. We grew from 1 van to 15 vans and believe in same day service if possible. We now have a sister company called Rapid Rooter. We are located on Northloop and Hawkins so it gives us availability to serve all EL Paso. We also carry new technology to help our customers like hydro jetting and Trenchless drain repair. We service commercial and residential. We did installations for Sears for 13 years and still have customers who are loyal to us because of our customer service. Its not always about getting the job right all the time but being there for the customer when you need to go back on that warranty. Being in Finance Mgmt for over 15 years, Self employeed for 13 years I owned 12 T-Mobile years, and now 2 years Co-running Surety Plumbing. My Father Ed Puga has been owner of Surety Plumbing since 1973, then opened Rapid Rooter a couple of years and in 1983 he opened Indiana Plumbing Supplies to service our Plumbing companies. In 2014 we hired new plumbers we a vision for the future, new technologies and it has gone well. 2015 we remodeled Indiana Plumbing supply and converted it to a full Hardware store for all types of customer See Indiana Plumbing & Hardware supply.
