Suntech Mechanical began as a sole proprietor by Juan Heredia in 2008. As the business grew a corporation was formed, Suntech Mechanical Inc. by Flor Heredia as President and Juan Heredia as Vice President. We are a family owned and operated small business based in El Paso, TX with a core foundation of experience since 1994. We continue our success by utilizing all of the training and programs available to us. We understand that our world is always advancing in new technology, in turn we keep learning and applying new skills to better serve our customers. Booking through Home Depot just made them show up, guess it's part of their contract. Stated they were going to order the parts ($1400) and they will arrive in about 3 weeks to repair my AC. In the meantime they were going to get a sales person to maybe get an upgrade unit as it might've been faster. 60 days later, no follow up, no sales person, but they definitely took those $100 on the spot for checking out the Unit. DO NOT recommend; maybe others had a great experience with SunTech but as for myself I suppose following through is too difficult.
