Best Water Heater Repair in El Paso TX

Real quick to come and fix the issue I've had for a couple days. They showed up and got to work, finished in less then 30 minutes very friendly and responsible. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

This company knows what they are doing. Talk about customer service at its best. Whenever we have plumbing issues, Gus knows how to address it. Also the prices are very good in comparison to orher companies ive used before. Whenever I need plumbing work done and have it done right at a reasonable price I always call A-one plumbing. I am new to El Paso and needed a water softener / conditioning system and reverse osmosis system for my house.  Liberty Plumbing came to give an estimate.  Albert was very informative, polite and honest about what his company could do.  Once I got the estimate, I was blown away at how fair his price was.  He came a week later to install the system.  He and his partner, Mike, installed the systems and even installed a new kitchen faucet.  They left my home clean and organized.  I highly recommend anyone considering giving Liberty Plumbing a call.  They are fair, honest, responsible and very professional.  I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!

Two thumbs up for AJ at One-Call plumbing!  He came out next day to handle a minor gas plumbing issue.  He was incredibly polite and offered to put on a mask when he saw that I was more comfortable wearing one.  He arrived early and patiently answered all of my questions.  He handled the situation promptly and left me with a lot of confidence in the service.  Great experience!! Juan responded quickly to my message on yelp. I sent him pics of the bathroom sink faucet I needed replaced & he sent me a free estimate. When he came to install it I needed 2 extra parts & he was able to get them & install them the same morning. It took about an hour. & a half total & he cleaned up after. 2 thumbs up

They aren't open or reachable on weekends. At all. They inspected changed some things then said to call if there were issues. There were.

My home's water pressure regulator is 15 years old, is still working, but water pressure went up recently to 80 psi, which is still within safe limits.  The lady who answered the phone at Jeff's quickly said it would cost $385 when I asked her how much it would cost to install a new regulator.  I told her that I bought a regulator like the one I have now at Home Depot for $55.  She said if I supply the regulator, their labor rate is $100/hour.  I called another licensed plumber and he installed the new regulator for $85!  Instead of spending $385 for Jeff's Westside Plumbing, I saved $245 by calling around.  I am not rating Jeff's work.  It may be worth five stars.  But their labor rates do not appear to be competitive.

I had first thought that this would be a good business since he responded to my Yelp request pretty quickly as well as the subsequent texts.  We set an appointment for 10 am today (7 Jan 2022).  At 9:55 he sent a text saying that he was on his way. At 9:59 he sent another text saying that he was leaving in 20 mins along with a google map screenshot showing it would be a 20 min drive. At 11:37 he had still not shown up. Even if he had headed to my location at 10:20, a 20 min drive would have him arriving at 10:40, with an additional 20 mins for traffic it would be 11:00.  So at that 11:37, I messaged him to disregard coming.  That is just bad business in my opinion.  If I am paying my hard earned money, the least he could do is to be on time.

Called on a Saturday, they called me back within 15 minutes of opening and were on site that same day before 11am. They repaired the pipe and did an excellent job. No leaks, sturdy install and cosmetics are great too. Would definitely recommend.

I never write these but I had to share my experience with Nacho and Sons and their bad service. Nacho and Son installed a new water heater. I've had it less than a year and I called them because the pilot light doesn't stay on. After reviewing for 10 minutes,  they told me I had to call the water heater company and order the part. I was in disbelief. Why did I, the customer have to call to get the replacement part. Then they informed me they would be charging me to install the part once it was sent to me. I asked why if It was still under warranty. They told me it wasn't their fault the part went out.  I asked so it's my fault the part is defective? Unbelievable! I will never use them again. They do not honor their warranty. I don't recommend them at all!!!  If there was lower rating than 1 star I would give them a zero.

In December 2021, I had a leak in my shower. Frank told me the pressure in the house was too high and  suggested that we install a pressure regulator and change the faucet. Not sure what that would entail, I was quoted $950.00. I accepted. The job took about three hours. I paid him the full amount. Now here it is in June 2022, and the new regulator has a leak. I called Accept All Plumbing back and Frank said there is no warranty. He also said if that was unacceptable we should part ways. Really?
