Best Plumbing Repair in El Paso TX

Real quick to come and fix the issue I've had for a couple days. They showed up and got to work, finished in less then 30 minutes very friendly and responsible. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Pro Plumbing was great.  I had an emergency on a Saturday.  I left a message on the business line and Cesar called me back.  He picked up a new water heater on his way to my house and installed it quickly.  He was efficient, diligent and very reasonable with his pricing.  I will definitely use him again!

This company knows what they are doing. Talk about customer service at its best. Whenever we have plumbing issues, Gus knows how to address it. Also the prices are very good in comparison to orher companies ive used before. Whenever I need plumbing work done and have it done right at a reasonable price I always call A-one plumbing. Called Rocky's Plumbing due to a gas leak and they were at my home within a few hours and repaired the leak immediately. Prompt and efficient service! I highly recommend them .

very professional, courteous, they clean up the worksiite afterwards. they know what they are doing. they responded promptly and fixed everything quickly and well. they are my plumbers for life and i will strongly recommend them.

Worst company to hire. They don't show up and then when you call them to find out why they didn't show on time or give you a heads up they got upset at me! Because i was asking him why they didn't show up or let me know something about failing to show up so he says im canceling the appointment I don't like your attitude. Certainly not worth my time or anyone's for that matter with that kind of customer service or lack there of.

Had a plumber come out they didn't give me a quote over the phone for a leaking shower faucet said the plumber would give me a quote.  They came out and I asked him to give me a estimate before he started any work. He quoted me $239.00 !!!!!!!! Total rip-off !  The next day I went to Lowe's and priced the part its a Delta cartridge that only needs to be replaced the part is $39.99 !!  I called a handy man that replaced it and it only took him 15minutes.  The plumber told me it would take 4 HOURS!

I never write these but I had to share my experience with Nacho and Sons and their bad service. Nacho and Son installed a new water heater. I've had it less than a year and I called them because the pilot light doesn't stay on. After reviewing for 10 minutes,  they told me I had to call the water heater company and order the part. I was in disbelief. Why did I, the customer have to call to get the replacement part. Then they informed me they would be charging me to install the part once it was sent to me. I asked why if It was still under warranty. They told me it wasn't their fault the part went out.  I asked so it's my fault the part is defective? Unbelievable! I will never use them again. They do not honor their warranty. I don't recommend them at all!!!  If there was lower rating than 1 star I would give them a zero.
