Best Heater Repair in El Paso TX
Real quick to come and fix the issue I've had for a couple days. They showed up and got to work, finished in less then 30 minutes very friendly and responsible. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

WOW
This has been the most painless home repair I have ever had, what I thought was going to me long process turned out to be quick and easy well at least on my part.
Albert and his partner are fantastic, very polite and professional, kept me informed throughout the process.
Best part is the value which I think is very fair.
Thank you both for all your help and making this a peaceful experience.
We will definitely be recommending you to all our friends and family.

Needed to extend a tub faucet spout quickly. He was very responsive, showed up within a hour and got the job done properly. Only 4 stars as he left a small burn mark on my new tub where he probably dropped the hot copper pipe but that is nothing a light sanding and polishing won't fix. I will likely use him again to help relocate plumbing for new vanity in near future.

Jeff,
I appreciate the formal quote. However, I did not appreciate the blatant disrespect you displayed on the phone. Yes, I should have obtained a formal quote from Brittany when I spoke with her, that was my mistake. The only thing I was asking from your team was if you'd be willing to work with me on the price (because I worked my quote to the client based on Brittany's quote). If you are not able to lower your price, that is completely understandable - we all have to make money, and you're not running a charity. But there is a proper way to communicate with someone. It's unfortunate that you felt the need to expel your day's frustrations on a potential customer. I was nothing but kind and respectful when speaking with you and Natalia - I never demanded anything from you or your company - you assumed I did - I simply asked if it was possible to work with me.
You mentioned you record all calls, please take the time to review today's conversation.
I remember having a very pleasant and smooth transaction the last time I worked with your company, which is why I reached out last week.
I really hope your day gets better. Please, for the sake of your business, do not speak or treat your customers the way you've done to me.

This company knows what they are doing. Talk about customer service at its best. Whenever we have plumbing issues, Gus knows how to address it. Also the prices are very good in comparison to orher companies ive used before. Whenever I need plumbing work done and have it done right at a reasonable price I always call A-one plumbing. Thank you Gus and thank you A-one plumbing.

These guys are great. I always use them for my home repairs. They will fix it right the first time. Honest and quality work when you need it most. Look here first. You will be glad you called them first.

Great service! I've been meaning to leave a review for some time. Our water heater went out and we called a different company and they wanted to charge me an unbelievable amount for a new one and installation. We felt we were being ripped off so we asked them to leave. Unsure what to do we called Jeff's WP and they quoted us a very competitive price and came out with new water heater within the day. Final bill was $1100 cheaper than what the other company was trying to scam us for. Be careful out there as companies do this all the time to desperate people. Very impressed by their honesty. Would definitely work with again. The person who answered phone was the reason we stayed, so thank you for knowledgeable office staff!

I had first thought that this would be a good business since he responded to my Yelp request pretty quickly as well as the subsequent texts. We set an appointment for 10 am today (7 Jan 2022). At 9:55 he sent a text saying that he was on his way. At 9:59 he sent another text saying that he was leaving in 20 mins along with a google map screenshot showing it would be a 20 min drive. At 11:37 he had still not shown up. Even if he had headed to my location at 10:20, a 20 min drive would have him arriving at 10:40, with an additional 20 mins for traffic it would be 11:00. So at that 11:37, I messaged him to disregard coming. That is just bad business in my opinion. If I am paying my hard earned money, the least he could do is to be on time.

Hired them to install a dishwasher. Took more than 3 hours to do a 1 hour job and then charged over $400 dollars. I questioned the cost as being out of line for the service. Their response was we get $115 per hour and if it takes over 3 hours too bad. Lowered the charge to $370. I paid just to get them out of my house. I would never call them or recommend them. It seems their business model is to take as long as possible to do the work to charge as much as possible no matter the true value of the service. Plumbers standards rate dishwasher replacement as 1 hour job - 2 at the most. These guys just want to get into your home and start the $115/hr clock running. Buyer beware of Pronto Plumbers. They should change the name to Despacio y Caro Plumbers.

Booking through Home Depot just made them show up, guess it's part of their contract. Stated they were going to order the parts ($1400) and they will arrive in about 3 weeks to repair my AC. In the meantime they were going to get a sales person to maybe get an upgrade unit as it might've been faster. 60 days later, no follow up, no sales person, but they definitely took those $100 on the spot for checking out the Unit. DO NOT recommend; maybe others had a great experience with SunTech but as for myself I suppose following through is too difficult.

I never write these but I had to share my experience with Nacho and Sons and their bad service. Nacho and Son installed a new water heater. I've had it less than a year and I called them because the pilot light doesn't stay on. After reviewing for 10 minutes, they told me I had to call the water heater company and order the part. I was in disbelief. Why did I, the customer have to call to get the replacement part. Then they informed me they would be charging me to install the part once it was sent to me. I asked why if It was still under warranty. They told me it wasn't their fault the part went out. I asked so it's my fault the part is defective? Unbelievable! I will never use them again. They do not honor their warranty. I don't recommend them at all!!! If there was lower rating than 1 star I would give them a zero.

In December 2021, I had a leak in my shower. Frank told me the pressure in the house was too high and suggested that we install a pressure regulator and change the faucet. Not sure what that would entail, I was quoted $950.00. I accepted. The job took about three hours. I paid him the full amount. Now here it is in June 2022, and the new regulator has a leak. I called Accept All Plumbing back and Frank said there is no warranty. He also said if that was unacceptable we should part ways. Really?
