I had a major water leak a few weeks ago. Luckily, Downey Plumbing was the only company who was able to send someone out within a reasonable time frame.

The technician Tomas who serviced my home was very professional. Despite the unpleasant weather he was quick and efficient. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing.  He provided great customer service & took the time to address all my questions/concerns. He even followed the CDC GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19!

Had a water heater start to leak heavily and called Pipe Bros. Answered the call promptly and was transferred over to Steve who had me describe where I was seeing the leak and also to text over a couple of photos.

As it turned out definitely needed a new water heater (the bad news). The good news, they were able to get it delivered and installed same day. Titus (installer/plumber) arrived as scheduled and got us back up and running within a few hours.

I had a clogged and leaky sink. They were quick to respond with a very reasonable estimate. Erik came same day and did an outstanding job. He quickly determined the source of the clog and leak and fixed it. He also taught me how to turn off our condo's water in an emergency. While looking at my toilet he realized our angle stop was broken, which could be disastrous if not fixed preemptively. He was able to replace that quickly as well. I'm very happy with the service. He may have saved me from a lot of headaches, stress, and money down the road. Very good plumber and a cool guy to talk to. Very detailed and wants to help. Highly recommend!
