Best HVAC System Maintenance in Anaheim CA

Like some of the other reviews Anthony's came to fix our AC/Furnace through the home warranty company Fidelity National Home Warranty. Both our AC and central heating didn't work and they fixed the AC but not the heater saying that the insurance company wouldn't cover it. I tried to call FNHW but was put on hold for 2 hrs after which i gave up. The low rating is not really because of that but the service people (Anthony?) were very unprofessional and rude. They just texted me and didn't call and when i tried to ask some questions they would say well i already told you that . I got the impression they did not want to talk to a woman. We actually called Service Champions to look at the problem and they were so courteous and professional. We will definitely never use them out of choice and do not recommend to anyone. This seems to be a problem with the home warranty customers but if you are business savvy you will know that word will spread about the poor service provided and you will not be called for repeat business. I also highly advise against buying home warranty insurance from FNHW.

Mike was amazing! I originally thought I had one problem and Mike offered his expertise advice and the work was done impeccably. He is very responsive and professional. Is honest and offered tips not just about my garbage disposal and dishwasher issue but just drains and HVAC in general. Will definitely keep him in my list of go to house service calls for plumping and HVAC. Thanks Mike! Go Blue!

We needed a shut off valve added to our cold water line for a new refrigerator. The technician, Don, was on time, friendly, and efficient in getting the job done. I suppose the charge could have been less, but we have used NLM Plumbing many times and have confidence in their work.

I wanted to believe these reviews but my experience was way different.  I found calling the office the gentleman and the ladies I spoke to were rude and straight out mean.  Sorry, I caught you right before you were leaving and how dare I ask for quote with all the information that was needed.  I did feel bad for the guy that came out and I would have given him my business.  But the office was horrible.

$225 to install a 1/2 cap on a copper line.

I was pleased with both the service and the cost.

My service technician, Arnold Espindola is an excellent Technician, through and very customer service oriented. In fact I would like him to do my next service work on my heater before Winter.

Arnold was through, and an asset to Sonshine as a supportive employee and was considerate of both my husband and myself.

I was pleased with the whole process with Sonshine from the appt setting, arrival time and the concern for my equipment and completion of the job.

We purchased the $99 special, that included my other two pieces of utility equipment. He explained the services and need to service them and that was also appreciated

Can I leave zero stars?!?! Just another example of a company who doesn't value your time. I was told I had the first appt at 8:30. Around 9:15, I called. There was an emergency meeting and everything was getting held back. I was never told I had a 2 hour window, but was promised someone would be there before 10:30. At 10:00, I get a call that they want to push the window to 10:30-12:30. Please ... The person who recommended Stephens to me, nor I, will ever use them again! Didn't help that EVERY person I
