Best Water Conditioner Repair in Denver CO
I called to get an estimate for some work to be done only to find out estimates are not free. I politely declined their services. They went behind my back and called my husband at work. Note: I did not give them his phone number!!!! I make the appointments so people are not bothering my husband at work. I found this very underhanded and unprofessional.

This company was SO very easy to work with, from day one. I had several bids from other companies, and felt that they were just trying to take my money. I do my research, and I know what the cost should be for what I wanted.
When I called Coffman, I hoped this would be the last bid I'd have to do. Well, it WAS! Jake was wonderful to work with, quick to respond once I had other questions, and we chose to go with Coffman for a new furnace and A/C and whole House humidifier.
When Alan and his crew came out, they were prompt, extremely courteous, efficient and clean. I was more than impressed. Alan, in particular; is such a stand up young man, who did a few extra things on our system to make it even better. I have some faith in humanity again.
Thank YOU guys!!

Outlandish prices/estimate to fix a faucet problem --almost beyond belief. Tried to explain how this figure was computed and the explanation made no sense. I asked them to leave my house and they even tried to increase the amount I had been quoted for a service call, $39. Not a reputable business.

If you are considering calling Applewood plumbing, just don't. If you must, get an additional quote from a competitor. They provide extremely unreasonable (and really unethical to be honest) estimates that other reputable companies charge a fraction of the price for. Case in point, we needed a toilet snaked because it was backing up from our sewer line every time water ran. It was an after-hours call, I will acknowledge that, but they estimated that it would be close to $1,000.00 to fix. The technician said he could get it down to $700 if we joined their service club/membership. Needless to say we declined. We have had this issue many times before and it's never cost over $200 to fix, even for emergency/after hours calls. We called another company (AAA) and they fixed the exact same issue for just over $100.00. This is not ethical and is not reasonable pricing for the services. I'm sure the work they do is acceptable but those who don't know any better are being taken advantage of. I normally wouldn't take time to write a review but times are hard financially for many people right now, and to take advantage of that, is despicable.
