TLC was great and Luis was extremely fast with the job.  They were able to show-up same day and came with masks for safety. My faucet had a very small leak after the work was completed, and Luis said he would come back to solve the issue.  You can trust them to get the job done with great follow-up service if anything happens after.

We called Tioga to help my elderly mom sort out her complicated electricity issues. She had already hired another company to do several hundreds of dollars of work in her home; to no prevail.

We were concerned that maybe another company would take advantage of her again and flew in from New York to help her get a solution. A rep from Tioga came to her house and gave us an honest and comprehensive outline of what the issue was. He also proposed solutions at different price points that would resolve her ongoing electrical issues. I can tell you confidently, Tioga is an honest and reliable company with fair pricing and reasonable assessments of electrical issues.

Call them ..They are the best ..Austin sent someone to our home to replace an outdoor faucet that had been leaking .Great price and service .I called Austin on a Monday morning we had no hot water because in Saturday it was shut off by another plumber from our HW.Austin sent Mike out and we had hot water that night . Wednesday  Mike was here again for a problem with the AC drain line in the upstairs bathroom .There was another problem with the AC company did not want to come back out and I called Mike and he told me what to tell them and they came  back out for free to re-blow out the drain line .I love this company.Mike and Austin are amazing .

Requested a bid to take my  landscape lighting electric connection (southern engineered extension cord) to a legit, code approved, outdoor electrical outlet.  They were super quick to respond, give proposal and get work scheduled.   Guys came out pretty much on time and got the job done quickly, left the area super clean and put all our stuff back in place afterwards.   Price was right on.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. They came out and fixed multiple breaks in different areas of the home. They were quick and got here within 24 hrs even with the state of emergency going on in Texas right now. Thank you so much!!!

Pudgy Bakers

Called this company over a leak, I have a pier and beam home with a low clearance. I asked for a very skinny plumber as this was an issue when I had called other plumbing companies before. They said they could get someone for me by the afternoon. I got a call from their dispatcher, once again I reiterated that I needed a small skinny plumber. They said, oh no worries this guy is skinny.

As soon as I saw them arrive I new that they were too big. I told them I was told I was gonna get a skinny guy. they said they would see if they could fit, but there wasn't a chance they would. I got a whole tirade about how no plumber would be able to fit and a attempted hard sell to get them to get another group to run a line test. I said no and called another plumber. They still had the nerve to charge me to come out.

Note: After writing my review I was contacted by a manager at Baker Brothers, they apologized for the mistake and offered a refund.

Problem solved.  Situation diagnosed and parts ordered.  12 year warranty covering entire operation.  Glad that was resolved.

Robert Anthony Barbosa is a crook.  Took over 2 months to install tile after having shower pan replaced.  Installed incorrectly and shower still leaking.  Will not repair and I paid him $4000 and he sent an unsolicited obscene picture.  Will not repair shower or job after a year and is full of excuses.  DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!
