I've used Cody & Sons several times for both HVAC and plumbing. They always respond timely when I put in a request on their website and their workers are extremely courteous and professional. They have always diagnosed the problem quickly and fix it. Will absolutely call them again.

Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. We called at 9am with the problem and by 3pm our problem was fixed 100%. We've had a non working toilet for over a year and just like that Jeff diagnosed and fixed it. Turns out we had a screwdriver inside and he worked very hard to get it out. 100% satisfied

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Had a leak at the water main, had the city come out to tell me it was on my side of the meter.  So I went on Yelp looking for a plumber and came upon KMP, so I gave them a call and to make a long story short, I arranged with KMP to come out between 2 - 5 PM but would call if they got an opening.  They called and showed up before noon, gave me the estimate and started to work.  They had it done very quickly and efficiently even made some improvements on the connection to the sprinkler system.  I appreciated their promptness and the clean condition they left the area.

Today I had my furnace inspected for the first time after being in my home for 12 years.  Being a home owner has more to the picture than what's shared. Today's service was free with my Bakers Brothers membership. The senior technician was very knowledgeable and provided some great tips on how to make the air in my home cleaner and what services I needed to avoid future failure of my system. I appreciated the education and service. I highly recommend. We all know when it come to large systems in our house it's not cheap but the pricing I get with Bakers Brothers is better than most.

These folks are real nice when selling you a new system. And everything seemed to be going ok as they started the install. Then it began to turn into some sort of homeowner nightmare. The new 12k furnace all the sudden needs 10k worth of new ductwork, the electrician doesn't want to install the fixture he has been called out to because HE doesn't like that kind,and wants to replace them all with something else. As a homeowner I get do decide what fixtures I want in the house not the person installing them. Painters don't pick your paint color, and flooring guys doing pick your tile/carpeting.

As if that were not enough the gas hot water heater magically quit working the very night the gas furnace was installed. This seemed just a little too strange. Two service technicians were sent out to investigate determining that a new water was needed for 3000. Now, this just didn't seem right. PAID another company look and nothing is wrong with it. Extreme air had the gas cut off in the attic to the water heater.

A 12k furnace which is expensive enough nearly turned into a 26k ordeal. This has been beyond stressful.
