This company was running a bit behind but we're still able to make it before the end id the day. Zach installed a garbage disposal quickly. He was also pleasant to talk to and very professional. Thank you guys for offering a competitive price as well as a military discount.

We have used Port Plumbing for several issues at our rental property in Port Aransas. Can't say enough about how impressed we are with the service we received from these guys. They ran a new gas line to our pool for heater, new hose bibs around the house, and several other general repairs. Each time, they have been quick to respond, diagnose the problem, and fix it right the first time. Justin, Travis, and Hector have all been great to work with - we will never use anyone but Port Plumbing going forward. Highly recommend!

Update to previous review: Custome Filtration reached out to me and was very apologetic. They offered me a full refund, which I accepted, as well as offering to pay a third party come out and give another opinion. I appreciate them making the situation right.

We are very satisfied with the work that CAW HVAC and Plumbing did for one of our plumbing issues at our Alice, TX Walmart. They showed up on time and resolved the issue with a reasonable cost. We look forward to using them again if we have any plumbing issues.

I've been able to use this company a few times and I have not been disappointed! They were efficient and very knowledgeable! I asked a million questions and they were very polite towards me. I called Lamar Plumbing to locate a leak in the backyard.  They arrived in a timely manner.  The person they sent spent most of the time standing around and watching the water meter move.  A second person arrived about three hours later and the two dug up my yard.  They never found the leak and blamed the standing water on a city leak.  A week later the city came out and dug never found a leak on their side, water still standing everywhere.   Call a second plumbing company who found the leak in about 45-minutes.  They fixed the leak.  I would never call Lamar again nor would I recommend them to anyone.  My experience was terrible and I do not believe their plumbers have enough experience to be sent out alone.  Neither person sent by Lamar appeared to know what they were doing.

Our hot water heater went out and we have a warranty company, American Home Shield, so they sent out All Points Plumbing. The quote we received was nearly $800 in out of pocket expenses. That's on top of the hot water heater and labor the warranty company was going to pay them.

I called Joshua to see if what All Points wanted to charge me was accurate. Of course it wasn't. Not only did he quote me a reasonable price, he also spoke to the warranty company to help me get a better reimbursement. He came and installed our hot water heater with no issues, plus saved us about $500.

This company has been doing a lot of work for our widowed neighbor across the street. This morning 2 techs parked their truck and trailer right in front of my house, so b4 work, I went out to ask them for a quote on trimming the couple of trees that they were parked under. They took my name and number and referred my name to management. A lady with an Austin area code called me and gave me the hours til 6PM on weekdays.  I said I worked full time and would like to schedule something around 5PM next week. She then said a flat no, that the actual waiting window was from 4-6 which was the latest they could schedule for but that she couldn't request it for 5PM or after. That's a bit inflexible, so I told her I would find someone else.

We had a main line clog so no drains in the whole house were functioning and the clothes washer water was coming up through the floor drain. Because it was a holiday weekend, several plumbers would not even answer the phone. We called Lloyd's and they send Butch over as quickly as possible. (He was in the middle of another customer's job) He had our line fixed in under an hour and told us if we had any more problems to let him know and he would come back for no additional charge. The price was very reasonable, especially on a holiday Saturday. We would use them again!

Absolute waste of time for any job. The lady I spoke too was so focused on what she knew and talking that she never let me ask questions. One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. She made assurances based on her 40 years and would not listen to my concerns and guess what she was wrong. Shocking how some people won't take the time to just listen. Call any other plumber and you will be glad you missed this one.

My husband and I paid over ten thousand dollars for an HVAC system that does NOT work. Shawn and his crew seemed like really wonderful people --  but they did not finish installing our HVAC system and this caused many issues, resulting in the system to completely stop working. With this South Texas heat, the home gets up to 90 degrees. We are depending on one window unit to get us by.

Shawn and the SLG team no-call/no-showed three times. They stopped answering our phone calls. Since they had missed 3 appointments and stopped answering, we had to call another company to get an idea of what was wrong, causing us to spend even MORE money to fix this non-working unit. I sent Shawn/SLG an email with a list of the issues, still nothing. I used my work cell (which I had never used before) to call Shawn, and he magically answered right away. He promised to get all of the issues from the email fixed the next day (7/16/20). Someone did come out (named Chris), but he had no idea what I was talking about when I showed him the list of issues that were wrong with the unit. He said Shawn had told him to just get it running.

We feel like we were completely taken advantage of.  Please, please, please do not support this business. I went ahead and filed a complaint with the BBB and will pursue local media attention and civil litigation.

I recently sold my home in Corpus Christi, Texas  and was sent a bill via the buyer for a perk test. After searching for a leak in my house which was connected to my neighbors plumbing, found no leak, due to an enclosed of a sunken patio. Water seeks the lowers point. Mystery solved. The buyer asked if I would pay half of the bill Mokry Plumbing sent of $1785. That is outrageous! I didn't permission to test adjoining house and a perk test should have cost $125 - $250.  Outrageous  charges!!!
I will never do business with this gouging company. What a rip off. I deserve a large portion of my back.

Took two visits to find and fix a water leak. plumber and helper courteo and fast. Each visit was over $800, for about an hour of work and maybe $50 in parts. TOTAL RIPOFF.
