This company was running a bit behind but we're still able to make it before the end id the day. Zach installed a garbage disposal quickly. He was also pleasant to talk to and very professional. Thank you guys for offering a competitive price as well as a military discount.

We have used Port Plumbing from the beginning since we built our house in early 2000. Since then whenever we had an issue they were always prompt to attend to the problem in a speedy and efficient manner. During the hurricane they were the business that we knew would work with us and be as prompt as possible. We are now doing an addition to our house and once again, the service is excellent. From my initial call to the gentleman that came to help me out..... like a breath of fresh air. The lady that took my initial call was extremely helpful and her cheery demeanor took alot off my frustrated shoulders. Just as she was very quick and thorough, the service employee, Damion Lopez, was just as kind and quick with his service. He was informative with each step he took and why. He had my kitchen sink back to normal quickly. I will not attempt these fixes on my own any further. (Smiles) The fact that Roto Rooter does not charge a higher call out fee for evenings is a nice, financial perk. I called other plumbing companies that wanted what I was charged with Roto Rooter, just to come out in the evening OR they didn't even want to come.

on 1-22-16 I called and asked about a particular service.  they said they do that type of work.  I emailed them that same day, forwarding a drawing of the issue, confirmed in the email our appointment for 1-27-16 between 8:30 & 9.  i put it on the calendar at work.  they didn't show up until after I finally left at 9:52 am.  they didn't have any respect for me or my time.  I had to call the business office 3 times before and once after the son of the owner showed up and was looking for me.  don't you just love customer service? first impressions are the best impressions.  to me this is an example of how the conduct the rest of their business.  no thank you.  pass it on.

We called Graf Plumbing Monday morning 6/27/16, regarding 3 plumbing issues we had and  were told someone could come out that afternoon between 1 & 4 to check them.  We expected to have to wait some time for the actual repairs to be done - were pleasantly surprised when Don came at 11 (after first calling to be sure that time was all right) and said he could take care of all three that day!  He left to get his helper, Jonathan, and the two of them efficiently, professionally and courteously fixed all 3 before 3 p.m., at a very reasonable price - AND gave us a senior discount without us asking for one!  I would highly recommend this plumbing company to anyone needing plumbing work done!

Did a great job and was very helpful could not fix our water due to it was a warranty so we had to go a different route but they where very helpful they the process

ABC does everything! From pest control to mosquito fogging my yard when it gets bad, all the way to landscaping and yard work! I have an interaction with dispatch almost monthly, and they are always courteous and helpful! They always go above and beyond for us and are great in everything they work on for us!

We had a main line clog so no drains in the whole house were functioning and the clothes washer water was coming up through the floor drain. Because it was a holiday weekend, several plumbers would not even answer the phone. We called Lloyd's and they send Butch over as quickly as possible. (He was in the middle of another customer's job) He had our line fixed in under an hour and told us if we had any more problems to let him know and he would come back for no additional charge. The price was very reasonable, especially on a holiday Saturday. We would use them again!

Worse company ever.  He jacked me. Never came and started my project. He is a con. Dont do business with him

We lost our home of 25 years to a fire in 2017 so we decided to rebuild on our land. This company was referred by home advisor BUT  I do not advise using them at all. First when we called to set up a time to meet at my property to add on to our existing septic system, they left me waiting over an hour. Then we kept calling to see when they could do the job and the wife would never call us back even though she said she promises someone would. This went on for 3 months. Crunch time came and our new house on our property was almost done and waiting on us to complete the septic, so we had another company do it instead. SURPRISE everything got done in just a couple of weeks. That is the way it was supposed to go.  Infinity operatations was extremely unprofessional and were directly responsible  for delaying our move in.   They never did call us back even though they assured us every time we called it was gonna get done.

I recently sold my home in Corpus Christi, Texas  and was sent a bill via the buyer for a perk test. After searching for a leak in my house which was connected to my neighbors plumbing, found no leak, due to an enclosed of a sunken patio. Water seeks the lowers point. Mystery solved. The buyer asked if I would pay half of the bill Mokry Plumbing sent of $1785. That is outrageous! I didn't permission to test adjoining house and a perk test should have cost $125 - $250.  Outrageous  charges!!!
I will never do business with this gouging company. What a rip off. I deserve a large portion of my back.

Took two visits to find and fix a water leak. plumber and helper courteo and fast. Each visit was over $800, for about an hour of work and maybe $50 in parts. TOTAL RIPOFF.
