This company was running a bit behind but we're still able to make it before the end id the day. Zach installed a garbage disposal quickly. He was also pleasant to talk to and very professional. Thank you guys for offering a competitive price as well as a military discount.

Julian showed up as estimated and provided a quote of services and for a new faucet. Very reliable.

Hands down the best plumbing company around. I'm a property manager of 25 years and use them at all of my properties. I have never had to call them back because something wasn't right.  Highly recommend!!

Update to previous review: Custome Filtration reached out to me and was very apologetic. They offered me a full refund, which I accepted, as well as offering to pay a third party come out and give another opinion. I appreciate them making the situation right.

We are very satisfied with the work that CAW HVAC and Plumbing did for one of our plumbing issues at our Alice, TX Walmart. They showed up on time and resolved the issue with a reasonable cost. We look forward to using them again if we have any plumbing issues.

on 1-22-16 I called and asked about a particular service.  they said they do that type of work.  I emailed them that same day, forwarding a drawing of the issue, confirmed in the email our appointment for 1-27-16 between 8:30 & 9.  i put it on the calendar at work.  they didn't show up until after I finally left at 9:52 am.  they didn't have any respect for me or my time.  I had to call the business office 3 times before and once after the son of the owner showed up and was looking for me.  don't you just love customer service? first impressions are the best impressions.  to me this is an example of how the conduct the rest of their business.  no thank you.  pass it on.

I have used Lamar Plumbing for almost 10 years now and they can almost always come out the same day or the following day. The problems are always resolved with one visit. Definitely my first call for plumbing issues!

They responded 1x via Google messenger to me. Called but mailbox was full. Called next day n spoke to a man that sent a text for me to forward my address to. No response in any manner for 3 days, then an apology for forgetting about me. Interesting note: on Sat a man said opening tomorrow after 8 am. I responded sun or mon afternoon. Crickets. On Sunday I called again n spoke to a man who stated Monday calendar isn't set, but would be by between 1-4 pm. Crickets. 3 days later that aforementioned text apology. If I can't trust them to simply set an appt or call timely, then WHY IN EARTH would I trust them to do my plumbing? Being waterless is traumatic. Having a plumber mess u up mentally adds insult to injury. I waited, then just called a different plumber who actually SET AN APPOINTMENT. IM FURIOUS WITH COMPASS PLUMBING!

Would not recommend! I had ABC Home and Commercial come out to my home to address my A/C unit on July of 2022, and less than a year later I continue to have issues. I've tried to have them finish/complete the job that I paid for a year ago and yet I'm being asked to fork out an additional payment of over $300 when I paid almost $500 last year. Needless to say I'll lick my wounds, cancel my monthly premium with them, and hire another company that stands by their work.

Lloyd was paid to fix a leak in my house. The leak was fixed but now that it is time to come back and finish the work he is not answering his phone or responding in any way. Do not use Lloyd's Plumbing if you want the job done completely and correctly.

Did a terrible job, never finished, missed 4 dead lines, painting was a nightmare, paint was everywhere but the walls, electric doesn't work. . Quality of work was so poor I could of done a better job myself. Never responded to calls, demanded payment. Beware.

I recently sold my home in Corpus Christi, Texas  and was sent a bill via the buyer for a perk test. After searching for a leak in my house which was connected to my neighbors plumbing, found no leak, due to an enclosed of a sunken patio. Water seeks the lowers point. Mystery solved. The buyer asked if I would pay half of the bill Mokry Plumbing sent of $1785. That is outrageous! I didn't permission to test adjoining house and a perk test should have cost $125 - $250.  Outrageous  charges!!!
I will never do business with this gouging company. What a rip off. I deserve a large portion of my back.

Took two visits to find and fix a water leak. plumber and helper courteo and fast. Each visit was over $800, for about an hour of work and maybe $50 in parts. TOTAL RIPOFF.
